I have been here several times since they opened in the mall and I have found the service to be very outgoing and friendly. I like that the store is open during the mall hours so it stays open late.

Kim’s service and my interaction with her tonight was exceptional. Not only did I get a great and convenient deal with UPS Pack + Ship, but I came in stressed and left with a smile on my face. Thanks Kim, and thanks UPS for hiring such great people. :)

This store is a joke!!! Don’t go here because they don’t care about your package if it gets lost!!! The manger is an idiot, and has no customer service skills. I mailed a package, and they sent it regular mail instead of UPS. So, naturally the package got lost, put $ 200 and all the manger said was «your lost» should have went to the REAL UPS store instead of a franchise that doesn’t care about you or your package.

Don’t be fooled when you go to the store in the morning and it looks like a zombie apocalypse. The only reason why there are no cars is because they open wait earlier than the mall. I would recommend going in the morning before the mall opens to ensure easy parking and quick service.
When I went there right when they open and there was not a single person in line. The representative was very funny and was good at holding a conversation. We even talked about how spooky it is that in her entire section there is not one car.
Quick service and great customer service… That ensures a wonderful business!

I had to return a package to Amazon today and this UPS Store is now the closest to my home.
There were two clerks waiting on other people shipping Christmas items so there was s bit of a wait-​very understandable at this time of the year.
When it was my turn, a young woman waited on me, scanned the mailing label, gave me my receipt and I was soon on my way.
I’m glad I have this new drop off place so close to home.
