The Vitamin Shoppe

I’m a regular customer who buys the same supplement which is Mass Tech by MuscleTech. They usually price match it with other stores and I usually get it for around $ 47 – 50. But today the store manager was giving me a hard time. I told him politely I usually purchase this supplement around $ 47 – 50 all the time from price matching with nutrition rush and he tells me they don’t do that because prices always change so I told him to call nutrition and he does and then price came up to around $ 47 – 50. So then he tells me but they don’t have vanilla and they only have chocolate so I can’t sell you vanilla. Like what difference does it make? It’s the same 7lB that I usually buy, same brand Muscletech! but different flavor. I HAVE purchased vanilla and chocolate before at this location for the same exact price. And I have never heard of different flavors = different pricing. Regardless they are the same exact brand and same pound which is 7lb just different flavors. Didn’t know the flavor changed the value of the supplement even though for other stores it’s usually the same strawberry, vanilla or chocolate price stays firm. Not sure if the store manager was just having a bad day or just a total douchebag. Never coming back in this location ever again. Peace

They have a great selection of protein powders! I haven’t found another place that have all the flavors of the complete cookie and also great selection on protein butters! Everyone’s always helpful also

This is a late review I’ve been going to this store for the last two months. All I have to say is this is the best nutrition store. Great product, people, and price!!!
Product, People, and Price: They carry thousands of items and prices are very affordable (they have BOGO 50% off sale almost every month and discounted supplements every week). One brand I really fell in love with is BodyTech supplements. I’m patiently waiting for the BOGO 50% off sale for BodyTech supplements, hopefully coming soon… I read that BodyTech is only sold at Vitamin Shoppe and no where else. BodyTech is very underrated, but I have compared a few BodyTech supplements versus name brand competitors and what I found is BodyTech is equivalent or exceeds it. The sales staff are awesome, they are very helpful and informative if you are looking for a specific product or don’t know what brand/​product to buy.
Return policy: (IMHO) 30 days of purchase and must have receipt for refund OR without receipt = store credit.
Personal Example: Last night, I returned two supplements that I bought two weeks ago. No question ask/​no hassle because I was within my 30 days and had my receipt. I told them I wanted a different product and would like to exchange it instead. Got my new product and was out the door in less than 15 mins…

The selection is fairly small for the essential oils as that is why I came here. However they did have everything on my To Buy List so with that said at least the basics are there.
Right away I was greeted by both employees working the store. I was also the only customer at the time so it would be poor customer service for them not too. Both very friendly and very helpful. At checkout I received my Vitamin Shoppe rewards card as well as several health samples. And boy do I love me some samples.
I would have to say this place has more selection than the GNC across the street, as I checked that place out after I left here.
