If you want the most amazing view of Las Vegas this is the perfect restaurant to go to however, their prices are very high and their food is good but I’ve had better at much cheaper prices. I still recommend going there at least once so to experience the views.

This place was cute. It wasn’t scary at all being up so high either. We got to see the bungee jumpers while we had dinner and that was cool. The service was impeccable. Super nice and super professional staff. The food was delicious no disappointment there at all. I just wish they had more seafood options lol I came here thinking they had king crab legs because of the photos and was disappointed when they didn’t lol it’s not their fault though. Menus change and I understand that. I had the filet mignon and it was perfect. The lobster bisque was rich and I had to stop myself from eating it all because I wanted to finish my main dish. Bread and butter was blah. All in all amazing :)

My husband and I went back to celebrate our 10th year anniversary because that’s where we had our wedding dinner. So, this time I was very disappointed because the service was terrible. We didn’t get our drinks for 20 minutes, we served our own wine. We didn’t get our dinner for so long. The service was very slow so we are so disappointed that we skip desert. We are not going back and we will go to a different restaurant next time.

This is probably one of the best times that I’ve had in a long time. Went to top of the world for birthday dinner. We both enjoyed the tasters menu which was absolutely superb can’t wait to have another night like this soon!!!

This place is MUST if you’re in Vegas. The view is breathtaking. The staff is beyond nice, and the food and drinks were incredible. I’ve been to Vegas many times, and this was hands-down the best dining experience I’ve had there. The lobster bisque and lobster thermidor are heavenly. You won’t be able to pass on dessert, as the rotating floor brings you by the dessert stand a few times, so go for the lemon bar cheesecake. There were also people bungee jumping off of the top of the Stratosphere, and would swing by our window from time to time. Ha! This place is the quintessential Las Vegas experience. I won’t be able to come back to town without going to The Top of the World!

It’s an okay place for dinner. Always crowded I believe. The view is amazing but the food is just average. Friendly staff and good ambiance. On the other hand getting there from the casino floor in itself is a trip! We had to ask where to go and how to get there a few different times. Its a bit confusing.

This restaurant spins probably just to keep you so dizzy that you cannot look at your egregious bill and bland food. All in all, unimpressive. Food completely lacks any finesse. It’s edible, but that’s about it. Finished the meal wishing that I spent the $ 160 bill gambling downstairs instead. Here’s the punchline: food was mediocre, service sub-par, wifi-bereft, bill atrocious, people rude, view sleep-inducing. The view is very dull. Since the stratosphere is a bit removed from the Strip, all you can see in suburbs. I was basically getting the same view from the restaurant as from my hotel room. I cannot believe people would actually pay to go up to the stratosphere. Poor service, with overbearing servers. I was slowly eating my salad and with at least ¼ of the salad left when the server came over and rushed me to finish as my entrée was apparently ready. Please, who do you think you are. In case it was not clear already, I am paying to eat here. I should feel comfortable eating at whatever pace I want, especially when I was only 10 minutes into my salad. My server was also staring down on my bill the whole time I was trying to foot the bill. Reservations said that dress was business casual but I definitely saw a bunch of people in sneakers and flipflops. Must I say that the small details matter as well. I really disliked how the gave us pink Splendex packets for sugar instead of real sugar in a nice jar. This is not a college cafeteria. Finally, the food. Bread was dry and disgusting, no thought given to it at all. Dessert was overly saccharine and crème brûlée was limp. My entrée of shrimp and lobster was alright, but the sriracha cream sauce was just really weird. The only highlight of the meal was the salad, so essentially we paid $ 160 for two salads. Probably one of the worst decisions I made on this Vegas weekend trip, and being in Vegas that really says something.

I ate here once as a tourist and it was on my to do list for a number of years. I was seated promptly and my server, Mirella, came by to ask for drink order and questions about the menu. I ordered the chef’s tasting menu with the following choices: lobster bisque, Kurobuta pork belly, filet mignon and shrimp scampi, and a chocolate duo for dessert. I was soon brought a small bread basket – two rolls and a piece of lavash along with three butter florets, one sweet, one pesto flavored, and the third was ginger peach. The best was the pesto but it’s best to let the butter come closer to room temperature to get the most of the flavors. I’m glad they downsized the bread basket for one person. It’s smarter than bringing a regular basket and a lot of it goes back. The lobster bisque was a win. There was a fair amount of lobster and the broth was good. The pork belly was a let down. The menu says that it has root vegetables, farro, quinoa, chimichurri, Chinese five spice. All these ingredients tended to overpower the pork belly, not enhance it. The filet was cooked blue as I ordered. It and two shrimp scampi were served on a bed of mashed potatoes along with some green beans. The steak had a red wine reduction and I’d say this was the best part of the meal. There is no choice for dessert – it’s a chocolate duo consisting of two chocolate dishes. One is a dark chocolate pot de crème – very rich and very good. The other was a white chocolate shaped cup holding some fresh berries and vanilla mousseline. Service was excellent during the meal. Mirella brought me a fresh glass of iced tea before I asked for a refill and she was there to refill my coffee with dessert. The view is great. I found myself less concentrated on looking at Las Vegas Boulevard and the Strip hotels and more of the neighborhoods. The tourists were all taking photos of the Strip. The meal was A-OK but you’re paying Strip prices plus an extra for the view. The bonus is you have access to the rooftop observation deck after dinner. If you subtract the $ 12 cost of just going up the tower for the view, the price is a bit better.

We celebrated with my husband’s sister, boyfriend and all her friends when the Tough Mudder was in town. I just pretended it was my birthday meal since it was the next day anyway. They had a special four course menu going on that I was tempted to get because I really wanted steak. My sister in law said I could try some of hers so I opted to get the Seafood Alfredo with Shrimp Cocktail for my appetizer. When I had sampling of steak from my sister in law I wasn’t impressed. It was tough and had no taste. I was so glad I went with the Alfredo after some I freshly squeezed lemon on top of it was delightful! The shrimp cocktail was a disappointment because it wasn’t made traditionally. It had guacamole in it. I figured if I wanted it Mexican style I would have opted it to be in a ceviche instead. This is a beautiful restaurant but what made me sad was every person at our table about 8 of us all got our meal and was done before they delivered my husband’s steak. I know my husband always wants his steaks well done but I think they should have timed the dishes better so we could have eaten together. Everyone was offering him food off their plates. The waiter blamed it on the cooking time of the steak and didn’t really offer any sorry for how late the food was. In the future it would be nice if the dishes were timed accordingly.

We dined here again recently and it was even better than the first time around(which was also a 5-star experience). This time, we got a table right by the window — thus, giving us an even more amazing view. And a thunderstorm was happening in the distance, which added to the coolness of the view. It was a Sunday night, but it wasn’t particularly busy. Our server was absolutely outstanding! We started with the oysters, which were seriously fabulous(some of the best in town). And, of course, we had to have steak. This time, though, we added a lobster tail to one and king crab legs to the other. Oh so delicious! Perfectly prepared and super fresh. Definitely splurge and create your own surf and turf. The steaks were perfectly cooked and quite tasty. And the bernaise sauce was amazing. You really must eat here! Excellent food paired with exceptional service and the best view in town. And they never rush you even slightly. Plus, after your meal, you can head up to the very top for free.

Top of the World is for sure a tourist destination — but one of the better ones I experienced. Just so everyone knows — yes the restaurant spins! We went at 8:30PM and it was dark outside — I feel this would be the best time to sit high above the strip and take in all the lights of the city that never sleeps. To begin, you have to go through quite a bit of pre-screening before arriving to the restaurant.(After walking through the casino and up an escalator to get to the elevators to go up) so keep that in mind when you’re giving yourself time to get to the restaurant. To begin — YOUMUST if you like chocolate martini’s get one. It was delicious. My coworker and I both got a few. Secondly — the bread is «hard» per their direction so don’t bite into it expecting fluffy flakes.(This was odd but the butters were delicious so I went with it). We did the al la carte menu, but there is a chef’s tasting menu option as well. I had the 9 oz fiet that was cooked to perfection and we shared the green beans and potato purée sides. And the sides were heavenly. Also we got salads to start — they were much larger than anticipated. Two could easily share one as an appetizer. Additionally — they have a photographer that goes around and takes photos while you’re at dinner. We got suckered into buying one for each of us because we were there for a special occasion(it was my birthday) but normally we wouldn’t buy one. The also gave a «free dessert» because of my birthday. It was rather small and one person even called it a «Chocolate fart»…which was funny. But alas, it was small but mighty of a dessert. Lastly, since we ate at the restaurant they allowed us free entranced to the observation deck. I’m not sure what the cost of that is but it was nice. Overall, fun experience. Not something super awesome that I would do again — but still fun

We visited the restaurant based on a lot of people’s recommendations. And yes, it was worth it. We went for lunch in Saturday and the place was not too packed. The view is pure amazing. Reminds me of restaurants in the Shard/London and Paris. Different views but same idea of lunch with a view. On top of the view comes the rotation, which is really really interesting. It takes 1 hour and 20 minutes for a full rotation, which is the effect time for a lunch. Their food is as good as their view. The lobster bisque and their ultra burger are memorable. In addition to their crab cake and steaks. Skye was our waitress, and she was a funny and accommodating host. Thanks !

Made a reservation the day before via Open Table. No issues at all. Headed right up, and only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. We had a wonderful table with a stellar view. I don’t think there are any bad views to be honest. The service was great! The food was yummy. I had a lobster pasta dish with a house salad, and the hubby had the chicken with potatoes. The prices are high, but keep in mind you are paying for ambiance as well, which you can’t beat. We got to see people jumping off the top of the Stratosphere which was so awesome(bungee of course). The evening was so perfect. We had renewed our vows across the street at The Little Vegas Chapel, then walked over and up to the The Top of the World. We were staying in the Stratosphere so it was all easy and convenient. Had a terrific memorable time!

It’s a good thing the food was good. My wife and I wanted a nice view for lunch. We are empty nesters and were out casually exploring the stratosphere. We decided springing for an expensive lunch was worth it for the view. And that’s where it went bad. We sat for 15 minutes before a waitress came over, and then told my wife to relax(it was not busy and 12:30 pm on a Sunday). We were immediately under the impression that we were not a high caliber guest. Translate: the«I don’t think you can afford to eat here» look. I can’t remember the last time I was made to feel unwelcome in a restaurant by superficial wait staff. On the other hand, the sweetheart taking care of our water and bread was attentive and respectful. The food was very good but ridiculously overpriced. My wife and I eat out regularly and travel quite a bit, so we are not misplaced. For $ 40 – 80 a person I expect outstanding good and impeccable service. We got really good food and very poor service. The view: phenomenal.

For a romantic dinner, this is definitely the place! I took my then girlfriend here during our Vegas Valentine’s Day excursion. She loved it as much as I did. This place is located within the Stratosphere, and reservations are strongly recommended. Getting to this revolving restaurant involves taking the elevator to the top, and checking in at the desk. Once your table is ready, you will be taken to the revolving restaurant and you will be amazed by the great views. The restaurant rotates at a slow rate, so you will get a change to enjoy the 360 degree view of Las Vegas. The view is especially great at night. The food itself is phenomenal. It is well worth the price, as it is made with the right balance of ingredients. Thus far, I’ve had the filet mignon and the salmon. To drink, I opt for the pinot noir. I have a glass to take in the view, and another one to accompany my meal. The service is efficient, and the meal comes with many trimmings. I have not yet tried their desserts, but I will update when I do. Chances are, I will come back here on my next Vegas trip, so stay tuned.

This is the place that you take a ton of pictures because it’s at night and say you’ve been too… but cringe when the check comes because you HATEDYOURFOOD. This the worst chicken I have ever had in my life for 50 $. My boyfriend order 50 $ salmon and got such a tiny plate. Here’s my tip, Call and make a rsvp the night before or afternoon before, for at night near the window. Then go and order a glass of wine and appetizers. Drink slow. Eat slow. Enjoy. Click Click. and Ask for the check and LEAVE!!! Not worth paying 150 $ for two people. Also, I wore leggings, vans and a tunic. My boyfriend wore jeans, a button up old navy shirt and jeans… we got in. Their dress code in August is not strict. Enjoy the night view(very similar to what you’d see from an airplane)

My two visits here were great experiences. Top of the World is a great option for not only food and service, but the experience. The restaurant alone may be a four, but access to the observation deck and the views during dinner pushes the overall rating to a five. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here shortly after moving to town. We loved our meals and thought the service was top notch. I liked that the delicious bread came out with three different types of butter. My lobster bisque was pretty good and my husband liked his caesar salad as well. My steak was well prepared and flavorful. For dessert, we split a bananas foster dish that was both unique and delicious. It was nice to be able to check out the observation deck after we finished our meal too. We visited a second time when my parents were in town. My parents were just as impressed with the experience as we were. It’s a good option for out of town guests because the rotating view gives some entertainment while you enjoy the meal. I’d recommend this restaurant/experience for locals and tourists alike.

What an unforgettable experience w/a beautiful 360 view of the city & incredible food at the«top of the world.»(Pun-intended) Wait — def recommend getting reservations esp for dinner b/c for those who don’t will have to wait abt 2.5 hrs. With reservations, my bf&I were seated right away&taken into a slowly revolving tower overlooking the flashing lights of Vegas. Service — great friendly service & very attentive! Food — high quality&amazing! For starter, we got the crab cake which had delicious chunky pieces of crab & a refreshing cabbage slaw&remoulade sauce to compliment it. For the main meal, I ordered the large gulf prawns, scallops&lobster w/a side of gnocchi. Wow, the prawns, scallops&lobsters were perfectly cooked&seasoned,& the gnocchi had the perfect soft texture. Overall, I was absolutely impressed w/the food&had an enjoyable experience. Def recommend trying!
