Valona Pizza

Valona Pizza is the newest addition to the CSN food court, serving up pizza, pastas, salads, sandwiches (including gyros), burgers, and wings. What don’t they have? Service was minimal. Nonexistent décor, even for a food court counter.
$ 3.99 two-​slice cheese pizza special with a drink is a good bargain for students or anyone else on a budget. Salads are surprisingly large and fresh, the buffalo chicken version is my preference but they also have Greek and Chef varieties available.
The hot buffalo wings are decent, the half-​bucket will get you about 20 pieces for $ 14. Maybe opt for ranch instead of bleu cheese, that dressing was really runny and borderline flavorless.
They just opened up this weekend and are currently cash-​only, but claim this is a temporary setback. They’ve flooded the neighborhood with menus and lunch special coupons, so hopefully they’ll stick around longer than the business they replaced (RIP Mama’s Boy Café).
