I was on a mission for black pumps and I knew they had it here. I walk in Saturday evening after work and they aren’t busy at all, like no one in the store. I walk around the store for a bit and no hello from THREE associates I pass. I spot the black pumps of my dreams, locate my size 6 and perch on the bench to try them on. I notice the 6 was still a little big and wobble over with one pump on to get the 5.5. STILL NO HELLO from any of them! I know they get credit for sales and you would think since I was trying them on that they would at least have acknowledged me. I loved the shoes but walked out due to the lack of no customer service. And if I was going to spend $ 100+ on pumps, I would at least have gotten a hello. I went back the next day and purchased the shoes anyway because I was in love with them. At the counter, the lady asked who was assisting me and I stated ABSOLUTELY NO ONE BOTH TIMES I WALKED IN! 2 stars for the adorable pumps, 0 stars for the non existent customer service!!!

The Vince Camuto Outlet is located at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets, NORTH location, which is a mega outdoor shopping center and mecca to designer retail brands too.
This store was good in offering a nice selection with good pricing.
We found some sexy red platform pump shoes with a retail price of $ 80 sold at the outlet store at $ 40 with a 25% discount and left the store at a little over $ 30 (after the 8% sales tax), and those shoes were ready to wear on a night on the town…
The sales staff were friendly, and store was clean.
This is a shoe store for women’s shoes and accessories, no men’s mechandise.
The selection is fashionable and diverse, worth checking out if you’re a HAUTE GIRL who like shopping.
