Awesome staff. We love coming here. Very fast. No wait at all. :) karen and the other staff is amazing at helping with information and other stuff! :)

I have done the HCG diet before but this clinic is great in that explain everything and make the process super easy to follow and understand. They also have follow up after you are still me to make sure you stay on track.
The staff is super accommodating and nice as well. I really recommend them to anyone considering this diet or any of the other services they have available.

Wow came here on November 4^th and started the appetite suppressant and b12 shots its now December 1^st and I have lost 16lbs! Overall friendly staff, always gets me in and out. Love this clinic

I was not happy with my experience here. I had been using T replacement where I lived previously, and I came here just to continue my prescription. They ordered it for me, and I started using it. The next month, I called them to renew and the next bottle I got was half the size of the first one. I called them to ask why. The dr I talked with said he would call the pharmacy to find out. He called me back later and told me the original bottle I got was supposed to be for two months. I said then why did I pay the same price for both. He didn’t have an answer for that. Then I read him the instructions for both bottles. The first bottle said to use 2 clicks twice/​day. He said I should be doing just one click a day. I said really, are you sure. He said yes he was sure. I said that doesn’t seem right, to go from 4 clicks down to 1 click. I looked at the instructions I had read him for both, and it looked obvious to me I should go from 4 clicks down to 2 for the first bottle to match the instructions on the second. After about ten minutes of trying to explain that to him, he finally realized I was right. And he’s the doctor! If I hadn’t taken the time to explain it to him, despite his resistance, I would be taking the incorrect dosasge. So, first they send me a bottle with instructions to take twice the correct amount, and then when I try to get clarity from him he mistakenly tells me to take half the correct amount. I have zero faith in anything they tell me. I tell him So you mean to say I have been taking twice the correct amount for the past month??! He blames it on the pharmacy, of course. I tell him, you work with this pharmacy, I don’t. Are you going to take any responsibility? Of course he doesn’t. I fired him right there. I would stay far away from this place. Based on this conversation, and previous interactions with them, my impression is they are more concerned with making money than helping people.
Also, at my original appointment, the first doctor I saw said my T levels were low and I should increase my prescription. Then, the second doctor I saw said my levels were perfect, and he said that the first doctor read my results wrong. What if I hadn’t seen the second doctor??!
Also, I got a prescription from them for thyroid medication I’ve been taking for years. They gave me a presc for a 3 month supply. When I called to renew it, they said I have to come in for a $ 50 appointment to renew. I asked them So you mean I have to pay $ 50 and go out of my way to come in to their office every three months, just to keep a prescription I’ve been taking for years? He says, yes, do you want us to do work for free? How much work is renewing a prescription? My previous doctor has been renewing it for years, and does see me once in awhile, but certainly not every 3 months. And they never told me there would be these appointments and charges when they wrote me the prescription. They are very deceptive about their hidden fees.
UPDATE: Regarding the response they give below, the conversation that I reported above was not with the front desk person. I spoke to the front desk person for a minute when I called, and he quickly forwarded me to the doctor. Again, the fact that they mention in the response that I was talking to the front desk person is just more deception. Ridiculous.

Sought out Vivacity for help with my combat duty related issues. The professional service received couldn’t have been better. I love this place… clean professional, caring staff with Nice bedside manners… I love getting my Lipotropic B12 shot… I am shrinking lost 8 pounds in 10 days on these shots. It gives me energy thru the MOON! I am a happy customer :)

First time here and I really liked it. Very clean and welcoming office, Staff was very friendly they dont make you wait long time before getting seen and answered my questions. Feeling excited to start the programs they offer, i need to make a change in my life.

I recommend vivacity clinic, my husband and I went for myer’s cocktails, but my husband its afraid of needles. The staff were so patience with him, and he got his myer’s cocktail, yeeyy! We are so happy with the staff they are friendly and knowledgeable. We are planning on getting more myer’s cocktails.

I decided to try Vivacity when I saw myself gaining weight and wanting to jump start a lifestyle change. I came to the clinic to do the hCG program and have been amazed with my results and the support.
A few years ago I went to another weight loss clinic in town, but their prices were outrageous when I thought about going back. That’s when I came across Vivacity. From the first time I visited, the people were very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions honestly. They let me know that their program is not the «magic answer» but they will make sure they monitor my progress to ensure I’m moving in the right direction even after the hCG phase 2 (the main diet portion) is complete. I opted to stick with the 23 day plan as Vivacity offers a way to begin, and then extend the time if wanted — which I liked a lot. They include Lipotropic shots as well as a detox program with the package. Now, facing the end of the program, I have successfully lost about 15 pounds total of fat and am looking forward to keeping it off.
Overall, I have enjoyed my experience at Vivacity. However, there are a few small things which cause me to give only 4 stars. I don’t like that in the rooms there are looping videos of other «health» solutions from places like Dr. Oz. Also, although they informed me of their greater success with including the detox program, I chose not to do it. If I decide not to, I do not want to try and be convinced.
Vivacity is a great place with friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Definitely worth the visit and money to get just as good service as other more «popular» or well known clinics.

This was a great experience. They services me and my friend together and answered all of our questions. (And we had A LOT of questions.)
I had a service at another location on the strip. But this was much more thorough and seems much more professional. I will definitely be coming back.

Meh is the best I can say. They accommodated me to come in as soon as I called and asked for an appointment which was nice. I went in for an allergy test, the wait time was okay, start to finish I was there a little over an hour.
While doing the consult they tried to upsell me other things and encouraged me to do more procedures. I understand, but I said no, I mean no. I had 3 different people come in and talk to me for a simple blood draw for an allergy test. The nurse finally came in to draw my blood who was friendly and helped me thru it (I hate needles!).
Its scary to say but I worry about the cleanliness of this office. Proper hand washing procedures were not followed as well as disposal methods.
At check out they said if I gave them a 5 star review right then they would give me a 5% discount, truth be told thats probably why they have so many good reviews.
I received the results a week later, with hesitation they emailed me the results and said a doctor would follow up and call me the same day to review, I haven’t heard from them since getting the email.
It wasnt great, it wasnt awful, it was just meh.

The staff at Vivacity is extremely patient and knowledgable. I must have called 5 different times with many different questions before setting an appointment and they gave me all the answers I needed in detail. They also didn’t pressure me to come in for answers to my question like some other med spas/​clinic did. I wanted a lot of info before I committed to an apppintment and Vivacity was dedicated to earning my business. My appointment was fast and easy. I was referred to this clinic by a friend. I suffer from migraines, after much research, I found that Myers cocktail help.
The clinic was easy to find and was greeted with a smile as I entered. They were very busy (good sign).
I spoke with the doctor, Ralph, about the migraines and he agreed Myers cocktail would greatly help. He was very pleasant and appeared to genuinely care.
Karen, the MA did the Myers cocktail and Glutathione via intravenous. She did an awesome job, just felt a minimal pinch. The process took about 15 minutes and she talked to me the whole time to keep me calm.
When in town, I will definitely return to this clinic.
