Nothing special just another quick boba place. Drinks are decent. If you want to sit, I wouldn’t recommend it. The place is filthy, chairs/seats are dingy, dirty and greasy. They just need a good wipe down with some Clorox wipes, sorry I’m a mom and I cringe when I see this place.

Gotta be the best boba I’ve had in Vegas. Wish they had bigger size drinks but meh it’s really good. Staff needs to smile more. But other then that my favorite place to get boba. They have a cool rewards card you can get that gets you a free drink after buying so many.

Welp, first time trying Boba. Didn’t know wtf Boba was, other than that it’s just another stupid annoying hipster thing. Anyways, we happened to be across the street and wanted to get something sweet so we popped in here 15 minutes before they closed(we did not know they were closing at the time because there was still people in there). BUT just because they were closing in 15 minutes definitely does not give the young cashier there the right to be a stone cold bitch to us. It was our first time there, and because of her it will most likely be our last. We didn’t know what anything was and she certainly was not eager to explain anything. She rushed us, had the most salty attitude and did not smile once. There was also an array of bad smells in this place. It smelled of burnt grease with undertones of sewage. As for the drinks, we both got the Taro milk tea with Boba. It was different. I liked it at first but then after a while it made me nauseous. I had to throw it away halfway through. Idk, I guess I’m just not a milk tea person. The 2 stars is not for the drinks though, because I think that’s just a personal preference thing. The 2 stars is solely for the cashier that was working Tuesday 1÷26÷2016 at around 9:40 pm. We will go try a different tea place that doesn’t have cashiers with sticks up their asses(:

This place used to be the spot years ago but things change right? There’s a lot of new boba places that opened up near this location and I noticed these other locations are a lot busier. For obvious reasons of course! Volcano tea has changed and the customer service here sucks! All the coworkers look unhappy and you have the cashier who gives a snobby look like she’s trying to scare you away. Yikes!

I went in here with my family the other day, and at first I was thrilled because it’s been a while and it used to be an old hang out spot while in college~ The lady at the register was not into her job at all. She mumbled a lot and rushed my transaction as if there was a line(there wasn’t, I was the only customer in there). The other two people in the back kept asking to repeat the order because they were too busy joking around to remember it. I only know because they were all speaking Spanish and lucky me I do to! Suddenly, the mumbler could talk loud and excited in Spanish with her coworkers but forget any of the customers who came in after me. She made faces when someone ordered food, as if it went against her job description or something(News Flash: They serve food and boba drinks here) I got my drinks and they tasted DISGUSTING. It tasted like bad syrup in crushed ice. I’ve been drinking my slushes/milk teas for years and this was the worst tasting ever. Nothing is fresh, not even the boba. I should have gotten the clue when I walked in and the place wasn’t cleaned up well at all. Do yourself a favor and look up other close by boba shops in that area, I promise you will find better than here.

Nice boba tea spot located in the original Chinatown plaza on spring mountain. They have a good selection of drinks and desserts plus snacks. Usually get the jasmine milk tea with boba. It has a nice flowery flavor and the boba is always consistently chewy. Prices are reasonable and I’ve seen the shaved ice desserts that look quite delicious. I believe they have free wifi so it’s a good spot to do schoolwork. Only issue is sometimes there’s an odor probably from the sewer that emanates inside the café. The plastic chairs are kinda uncomfortable and sometimes it’s a bit messy from customers leaving their food and drinks on the tables. Parking is convenient since the lot is pretty big and always has open spots near volcano tea. Plenty of restaurants to check out in the shopping center as well.

I wish this place was closer to my house. I love their boba tea smoothies. I either get thai tea or taro smoothie. I haven’t tried their food. Maybe I’ll be adventurous and try it sometime. We usually come here as an after dinner treat.

Every time I go to Vegas I come here because it’s convenient in this little plaza of asian food that my family is always drawn to. The tea here isn’t bad, its a tad sweet so I ask them to put less honey. They don’t have a large variety of teas but it’s decent quality. It’s definitely warm and cozy in here and a nice place to chill with some friends. Pearls were of decent quality, and chewy like Derek S. remarked. The thing I would never order though would be their smoothies, straight up powder and water. Reminds me of the slushies from 7 eleven. So if you come here, make sure to go for the tea.

Used to be a Volcano Tea visiter, not as frequent to be considered a regular, but I came to try Volcano again after hearing they underwent new owners /management. The drink I ordered verbally was the chocolate smoothie. I received a chocolate banana smoothie instead. The miscommunication of the order might have been because of the multitudes of people in the café, or it might have been my mistake. Overall, I wasn’t too happy with the order I got — not because of it being a ‘mistaken’ order but because of the drink itself. As a barista, I could tell that the ice ratio to ingredients far outnumbered it. Just enough ice to make the smoothie itself have no ice chunks but just enough ice to allow the drink to look creamy. The drink itself lacked flavor and tasted more on the icy side. I drank my order rather fast(maybe 30 minutes — small cup size, roughly 18 fl. oz) and had a difficult time doing so because of the texture of the drink. Not being able to use up everything I bought felt rather disappointing as I’m a somewhat eco-friendly person. 4*‘s is being lenient(even though I only tried one drink since my last visits), and only doing so because the cashier and barista both offered to exchange my drink even after the receipt was checked. I declined the offer as I was somewhat in a rush and didn’t want to be that guy to hold up the lines. Will check this place out again to give a more accurate review.(01/07/2016)

When we first walked in, there was a terrible smell that kicked us in the face. It smelled like a dirty restroom that hasn’t been cleaned or something… and we couldn’t help but make an «ew face» as we walked in. Ordered the taro boba smoothie and it was good. Boba was fresh and the taro smoothie was flavorful like the ones I’ve had before from various locations. Would come back, I just hope they fix that stinky smell!

This review is just for their milk tea. I came here after 6pm on a Wednesday and it wasn’t busy. The interior was small with a few people sitting. I ordered the Boba milk tea($ 3.05 total) and it was ready pretty quick. The milk tea was good and the boba was soft and chewy. The cup it was in was the normal size for milk tea places like this and the price was just a little bit higher than the Bay Area. I was satisfied with my milk tea. This place had good milk tea and would come back if I was craving milk tea in Las Vegas.

I am not typically picky with boba but this place is by far the worst. They may have a cute interior but it does not make up for my overall incident with the servers. After class, the boyfriend and I were craving some boba and decided to try out something new other than tea station. People have already warned me not to try it out but because we were already in the area. He was convinced to just try it out. Word of advice? Don’t. Upon entering the café, they had several dishes and reluctant to find a little snack before dinner I ask the servers what they would recommend. The Hispanic(don’t know her name) greeted me nicely and genuinely was interested in serving me their best dishes. It was the Asian girl in the front who made this experience horrible. The Asian girl with the fake bleached hair tried to rush us out the door although there was no one behind me. If you take the time to watch(you won’t) they prepare the boba without a care and did not properly leave room for the concealing on top. When I tried to poke a hole, it of course exploded right in front of me. When I tried to ask for help they told me to wipe it up and did not even replace the drink! TRYANYTHINGELSEBESIDESTHISPLACE. I also hope for the woman who served me yesterday to check your job description before applying to a REAL job.

I remember when the only places to get a boba drink in Vegas were this place and Tea Station(Tea Planet?!). Now that the boba scene has exponentially grown, so has my awareness for better drinks! Prior to my recent visit, I had not been to this place in years. I came back out of curiosity. Ah, regret. So what’s new-ish? A slight remodel, K-POP everywhere, and snow ice(fluff ice). What’s the same? Same lame service, fried food menu, and of course boba drinks. The boba drinks are very mediocre. That is all. Next!

Been coming to this place since I was in middle school, but our most recent visit wasn’t too pleasant. The cashier who took our order seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. I ordered the jasmine milk tea with boba and the honey dew smoothie with boba. Coming here a lot, I know about the stamp system. You get a card and for every 10 stamps you receive from them(one stamp indicates one purchased drink), you get one free one. I wasn’t asked once if I had a stamp or if I wanted one. So, I disregarded it. But next time, if the same cashier, named Silvia takes my order, I’ll be sure to mention she could be nicer. All in all, great boba drinks, service could be better.

Decent boba if you want a simple boba drink. I stick with milk teas or like a coffe or mocha flavors since the fruit ones are powdered based. Nothing wrong with it since most boba places would use it for a ice blended fruit drink. Cheap and I was craving boba on the way home from vegas.
