I’ve been to pretty much every major vape shop in Las Vegas. Today I stopped by Panera bread for lunch and decided to grab some coils at Vype. I’m always curious how a vape shop is for newbies so I approach it as a newbie. Well in this particular shop I walked in. No one greeted us even though there were SEVERAL employees standing around. So once we got someones attention she turned away from us and asked another employee to help us. Unfortunately he was apparently new to the store and not knowledgeable enough to provide BASIC information/recommendations. So another employee stepped in after showing the employee my setup they offered me the wrong coils. They seemed quite confused on which coils this 2 year old tank that they sell actually takes. Fortunately my husband corrected them and we did get the right thing. When we went to check out I got massive sticker shock as they charged me $ 21 for 1 pack of 5 coils. OVER $ 4PERCOIL?! I told them that was insane and they explained that they jack their prices up so they don’t compete with their wholesale customers. WOW Really? Close your freaking store front then… don’t screw the customer over. I get it you don’t want my money… and this attitude is why I shop online for half the price. The prices however were not nearly as offensive as their lack of service and knowledge. We won’t be going back. That being said there is a great vape shop just a few blocks away on Vegas Dr and Buffalo. It’s worth the extra couple of blocks just for the service level. I believe this shop also wholesales so maybe if you need a better service level there you might want to look someplace else as well.

Are used to frequent this vapor shop very often for my supplies and liquid, today I was informed that the owner«jacked up all the retail prices«because he got doesn’t want retail business anymore he only wants to do wholesale business. Not only was the staff inside rude, they still have a storefront with store hours for the public. Not to mention the fact they’re running a Groupon which they told me they will not honor anymore. Stay away from this bait shop. There are far better babe stores in Las Vegas and will offer you superior service. This is by far, the worst company I have ever come across to in Las Vegas. They don’t even deserve one star. It’s extremely disappointing to purchase a Groupon, which they have authorized to run, and are told that you cannot use it anymore because the store owner is jacking up the retail prices. What the hell

Vype vapor has a great selection of attys and mods. And an outstanding array of premium juice. Everyone is super knowledgeable. Adrian is a sweetheart and really knows his stuff!

I went in yesterday to get a rebuild for my Atty(cause I tried doing it myself and I’m horrible) and Jon did such a great job!

When you first walk in, the place not only looks amazing, but the atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly. The one thing that really stood out to me was the service and their ability to make you feel right at home! They helped me get started with my first starter kit and were so patient and helpful when explaining the vaping process on a very basic level. As a first time vaper, the Vype team really made the process easy. They took the time to explain the process, the products, what would work for me as a beginner AND allowed me to sample all of their tasty flavors in a manner that didnt intimidate me or turn me off, like i have been by so many other vapor shops. Although I am only a beginner, my close friend who was with me, is very much into the vaping world and has a fancy mechanical mod that he worships. They took the time to take it apart and rebuild it at no charge. He was very impressed with their knowledge on mods and also their building ability. We both will definitely be returning!

I have been to quite a few vape shops in town and this must have been the slowest one I have been to yet. Not much of an inventory. Ther was one tall display case that was completely empty. Im guessing it must be newly opened. Went there on a Friday at lunch and there was only a few people inside including staff. The juices were middle of the road, but the girl that helped me was very nice. Not sure if I’ll be going back. Build up that inventory. It’ll help some. Good luck!
