I transferred my RX and my whole family to Walgreens and their service is really shitty!!! They forgot to tell me that they supposed to call my doctor before filling my RX And we waited for 30 minutes before they told us this!!! The PRICES WERE HIGHER THAN WHAT OUR COPSY ACTUALLY IS!!! Don’t get the wellness program they offer it sucks!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO ANY CRAPY WALGREENS!!! They don’t give a damn about THIER customers and they all stand around talking doing nothing but look at you weird!!! Never will I step into a Walgreens I PRAY THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!! I hate Walgreens more than ever!!!

The drive-​thru here is horrible. Don’t even waste your time!!! Their isn’t even a greeting window. I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes, because they forgot that I was even here. So frustrating, when the job is so easy. It’s not even like there was a line. I’m totally baffled and will continue to go to my usual Walgreens. It should never be this hard to drop off a prescription…

The cashier talked to a friend of his while he was checking people out. I was in the store maybe 10 minutes. He never stopped talking to this guy. A manager should have asked the friend to leave.

I have been to other Walgreen locations. This particular location could use some improvement on customer service, especially in their pharmacy area. But I wouldn’t say it’s bad service or else I would never come back here.
Oddly enough, I actually come to this very location because of the proximity to my home and the mere fact that I can get Hawaii made products here. Now not all locations have Hawaii products, but if they do, there’s a whole freezer section and even more in the soda aisle. And although it may seem a little overpriced, it saves me time from having to go to Chinatown or Henderson.
If you happen to be in the area, the Maryland Pkwy location has poi every Thursday.
Today, I was a little disappointed that they had just one box of Zippy’s Chili, one kamaboko, and no S&S Saimin. But it figures as the weather is cooling down, HI-​peeps are stocking up on comfort-​food. I guess i’m not the only girl from Oahu who does her shopping here.

I drive past this Walgreens all the time and never actually use it. I use another one near my work. Maybe it’s the way it’s located in the shopping center that’s kinda weird. You have to drive past it to get to it and make your way back to the store once you’re in the shopping centers parking lot. Anyways, this review is for their young man cashier! Long story short: bought a mascara, didn’t even open it, just changed my mind about drugstore make up and bought my rip off department store mascara that I love!!! Had the receipt and it was well within its 30 day return period but the cashier told me they don’t return other stores merchandise and that I would need to return it at the original store it was purchased from. Really? I’m pretty sure that’s not the policy but I’m too tired to argue about an $ 8.00 mascara. I left and will probably return it from the Walgreens I normally go to near my work but it should have been returned that night and I shouldn’t have to make a separate trip another day! Thanks for the inconvenience!!!

I have tried several pharmacies in the valley before choosing this one. The pharmacy staff is great, they are very knowledgeable, about both the prescribed drugs and over the counter drugs. I love the fact that they text me when a prescription is ready, so I don’t have to wait around when I’m sick.

Not only are they the SLOWEST pharmacy they very seldom have the medication in stock that you will need. Do yourself a favor and go down the road and don’t even bother stopping here they’re going to send you to Desert Inn location anyways.

After losing my insurance most pharmacies could care less about me and my discount cards. Your Pharmacist Matt not only showed me that there still is customer service out here but that your store does still care about the person. Kudos for having staff of that caliber

Avoid this Walgreens. I went in to buy a bag of candy and a can of beer. The stupid cashier at the front says she cant ring up alcohol cause shes underage. Sends né to cosmetic counter where i waited 10 minutes cause the idiot cashier there had a customer who mid transaction goes back to pick out more stuff. Instead of canceling what she rung up and ringing up my 2 items since that customer was not ready and still shopping says to me…“oh if u cant wait go to the pharmacy to ring u up”. I take my 2 items and go to the 3^rd counter they sent me to and the pharmacist says «i cant ring up alcohol». Wtf. Im sure next he woulda said go to the photo counter. right?! And still no one can ring up one can of beer. Idiots. They should all be fired and the mgr that hired them too. Boycott.

This pharmacy sucks

Nice little plaza, easy parking — seems a bit expensive, but that’s Vegas. Very nice inside with friendly staff.

I like going to Walgreen over cvs any day. They have more than one register open and you don’t have to wait in line for an hour, as opposed to the hour you spend in line at cvs. The pharmacy staff is pleasant to deal with too.

I use this pharmacy regularly. Staff is knowledgable and helpful.

This is not my normal pharmacy/​all purpose drugstore. I go here when I need an item quickly. I had another stop to make in Village Square this afternoon, so I killed to birds with one stone.
I quickly found what I needed, paid, and was out the door in less than three minutes. That’s good for me.
