I have done weight watchers a few times before and both times I have found good success, not great, but good. The weight loss all depends on you though. You have to be ready to make the change. Weight Watchers is not a diet or a fad to lose quick weight. Weight watches is a lifestyle change. They teach you to eat what you like but in moderation and to choose a healthier option. Need something sweet have a piece of fruit instead of that candy bar. You will thank yourself later. Weight Watchers meetings are a support system. I lOve going to meetings and hearing everyone’s stories and knowing that I am not the only one who had good weeks and bad weeks.
