Dr. Welch is the best! If you are looking for someone who will answer all your questions and knows what they are doing he is the one. He has tremendous amount of schooling and work under his belt. You will not be disappointed and if he doesn’t like how you look when the time comes for your braces to come off he will wait til it looks the way he imagined it! Friendly staff, amazing office atmosphere. They are always on top of things!

Went in for a consult, ended up needing braces. Dr. Welch was professional and informing, his staff was kind and gentle during the whole process. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant every time I checked in and answered all my questions. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

Took my child for her first visit/​consultation and I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. When I called to make the appointment, the staff was pleasant, accomodating, and informative. Dr. Welch spent a much time as WE needed to explain to us the ortho treatment, options, pros, cons, and then returned to see if we had any further questions. Since this is all new to me, I felt at ease, and comfortable with the choice that I made for this the lifetime decision involving my child’s treatment. He explained absolutely everything to me, he spoke to my teenager as a young adult and allowed her to ask her own questions. They are very considerate of making sure that your insurance covers the treatments that are suggested, they also spend time with you going over what coverage you have and explaining these tricky and sometimes confusing insurance coverage, etc etc. After, we were shown around the office, felt welcomed, and invited to their «dental family,» which is the vibe that you get — they treat you like your part of their family. Everyone that we encountered was pleasant and had a friendly demeanor. The office is high tech and child friendly! They are opened some Saturdays, which I appreciate as I work during the week. We will be returning in a few weeks to start her treatment and I am confident that my child is in the right hands! And of course, I will update my review after her treatment!- but so far, so good!

The staff here is amazing and professional, especially Ken! Dr. Welch goes above and beyond regarding the ortho treatment and won’t stop until you are satisfied with the results. An added bonus is the free Glamor Shots session you get… love it.
