Awesome service. Friendly staff. No hassles. Accomadating staff. Very helpful staff.
I have flown westjet many times and ive never had a problem with them. From buying stuff in duty free and allowing my hand carry luggage to be checked so it was not lost through customs (france did not properly wrap my merchandise) with no cost. To holding an aircraft bc of a delay so that we did not miss our flight due to connecting first through customs. West jet has always made travelling an awesome and worry free experience.
Yes i have checked my carry on luggage for free multiple times due to negligence of foreign countries not wrapping my stuff. Also if flights are fully booked. I have checked my carry on luggage for free.
Yes they did delay a connecting flight bc they knew i was delayed due to mechanical problems on my connecting flight and had to clear customs before boarding.
Amazing. Great service. Friendly and extremely helpful. I found that the staff care about answering questions and helping you when you are in a rush. And have done it professionally with style.
