OMG… why in the world is this doctor still allowed to practice? She is due to deliver my grand daughter mid-June and I am horrified!!! My daughter-in-law is very nervous about who is delivering this baby, but due to her insurance, can’t switch! That doctor better get this delivery right or I will picket, get a medical review and get her ass fired!!! THEEND!!!

She’s awful I wish I could give her no stars. I came to her with my first pregnancy and because her 1 office test didn’t pick up my pregnancy she told me that I had a tubal pregnancy and would need surgery to remove it, I then followed up with a competent doctor who delivered my healthy baby 9 months later. She’s a robot she doesn’t care about her patients at all, she just wants them to sit there, listen to her woah is me storey, and pity her for having a daughter with cancer. I know that sounds cold but she really is a witch with a capital B.

At 25 weeks pregnant. I came in with ear pain, coughing and sore throat. She did a standard OB appt overview/labs etc, She said come back to my office. I asked her if she was even going to look in my ears. «Oh, sure» At this point Dr Zak suggested sudafed. This was the first red flag. Having to remind her and ask her to look at the very reason why I came in, I didn’t feel like she was listening to my concern. Three days later I went to the ER with the same coughing, sore throat and ear pain. I had also coughed so hard I felt like I pulled a muscle in my back. The labs they took came back showing a kidney infection AND they suggested antibiotics for an ear infection. No one from Dr Zaks office called with any lab findings for a week. And they didn’t have the same findings. Seven days later I returned to labor and delivery still sick to be told I had an upper respiratory Infection. When I called to reschedule my routine OB appointment(I spent the entire day at labor and delivery the day before and had a weeks worth of new meds), I was told there were no appts available for three weeks. The scheduling person became hostile at me. She was unprofessional to say the least. They cancelled my ultrasound with only two hours notice to reschedule it for the following month. When I had an ultrasound(very brief) no video, poor quality pictures. I was charged $ 350. I won’t be going back to Dr Zaks office.
