I love this restaurant. They have great food and a great atmosphere. Make sure you request a table overlooking the gondolas. The service is excellent as well. Prices are on the high side, so be prepared to pay up. Most wine bottles are $ 200 and up and $ 18 by the glass. The fried calamari was delicious and if you want something that is not on the menu all you have to do is ask.

Let’s start with how gorgeous this restaurant is… stunningly beautiful. Gilded. Old-world European gorgeous. Elaborate. I LOVEIT! It doesn’t feel right to be in jeans here, but it is Vegas, baby. Service. Barely there. Absent. Not interested. My main server never checked in on me or how my food was. Did I need anything else? Sorry I am BOTHERINGYOU and that you are forced to wait on me! It was borderline ridiculous. Yes, it was a late lunch at 3:30pm, but you are still open! Food. Okay. Bread was cold and stale. Tonno(tuna) appie was tasteless. Risotto was good. $ 57 for a 2-course lunch for one.

Really good, and I am Italian! I wanted some seafood so ordered«insalata di mare» to share, fettuccine with astice, 1 ½ lb lobster, shrimps and crab… Delicious!!! A «baccala’ alla genovese» and some white piemonte wine… Expensive for sure but once in life you have to do it! The view was precious, sad that on the second floor we couldn’t listen to the piano.

The worst place with the rudest manager. They took an hour to seat us. Promised us free apps. The manager recanted on it and said they didn’t say that. Then it took and hour to order. Don’t come here.

Excellent food! They were very accommodating of gluten free as well! I had a chicken dish that they were able to modify. They also offer GF pastas. The owner was very hands on and a delight. We would absolutely come back!

I never would had wandered into this restaurant on my own if it wasn’t part of a package deal which included an outside gondola ride and wax museum for $ 40/pp. Got this deal from my timeshare. Well worth it considering the prices are $ 30, $ 20, and $ 30, respectively, if bought separately. The meal included a salad, salmon, and coffee. All were excellent.

Our worst experience in Las Vegas. The owner was very rude and improper. We reserved our seats through the concierge. We asked the owner, who was also sitting Us, to sit us at the window. He asked us to sit for the time being so he can offer is a table at window in 10 – 15 min!!! To make the story short, not only didn’t he do that, he was not even willing to listen to our polite complain by ignoring us while walking away!!! The rudest manager in Vegas who does not deserve to get customers for the lack of hospitality n moreover, management n politeness!!! Worst!!!

The only reason they get two stars is the food was good. Service was the worst I have ever experienced. Arrived early for a 9PM reservation. Went to the lounge to have a drink and wait for our table. The lounge table we sat at was dirty. It stayed dirty and we were ignored for 15 mins. Finally seats opened up at the bar. We went there and were ignored for another 10. Finally we get served, order a bottle of wine, and explicitly told to pay our bill before heading upstairs to dine. Fine no problem, we paid. 20 mins after reservation time we are told we can head upstairs. We had to carry our own bottle of wine up the stairs with our glasses. As we head up the stairs one of the bar tenders who had ignored us yells at us to make sure we paid our bill. Yes, bill was paid, thanks for realizing we exist. We head upstairs with wine glasses and a bottle of wine where we were asked to wait… Again… Finally get seated. Service got minimally better. Not sure who our waiter was, went back and forth between people. After ordering and eating appetizers, asked the guy filling out water if we could order our entrée. Asked to split a pasta and our fish entrée and have them come out in courses. It was completely ignored and all brought out together and not split. It was just a huge disappointment all around. The food is fine, nothing super memorable. The service left such a bad taste in my mouth. Way too many other great options to ever consider going here and I will not send anyone here in the future.

This place is clean and beautiful. Service was friendly and yet professional. For apps we had a family style cold cut platter w various meats, cheeses, olives and red roasted peppers. We also had a platter of fried calamari, shrimp and zucchini which the table shared, everything was good, no fireworks went off, they were just good. For some reason nothing on the menu really excited me. I was craving steak which they had a nice selection of. But the combos of steak w cheese and other combos which I felt were weird did not seem appetizing. I couldn’t find just a steak. Maybe w some mushrooms. I opted for a grilled Black Sea Bass w mushrooms. A nice size portion and presentation was put in front of me, but BLAND is an understatement. It tasted like nothing. Because I was at a business meeting I opted to NOT send it back and eat a little more than half the dish. There was also no salt or pepper on the table which probably would’ve helped a great deal. For the amount of restaurants in The Venetian, I will definitely stay away from this place going forward.

Was on my way to get a burger from another restaurant when I saw a picture of the creamy pesto ravioli. I couldn’t pass it up. Stopped in and got the ricotta filled ravioli with creamy pesto sauce. It was amazing! The Caesar salad was decent. Ambiance of the restaurant is low key and relaxing. The restaurant seating is in the upstairs section after passing the bar so you are away from the passing crowds of people and all of the noise. Great service, great food, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Before embarking on our gondola ride, we stopped in here for some happy hour. Happy Hour lasts here all day! This place was romantic and it felt very ‘grown up’. no dude bros or whore packs screaming«Woo hoos» n shit like that. It was a classy joint with yet, another really attentive waitress and amazing service. We had a lil wine and beer for hella cheap that day… and came back another day for even more happy hour time and this time, we grabbed some grub. The bruchetta had an amazing mixing of the tomatoes and such on top of some crusty bread that was just kinda mediocre… the calamari was good and we had arancini rice balls, which were really good! The weird thing about this place is the main dining is on the 2nd floor, up 3 flights of stairs. the bathrooms are also up there and way too far away to take a quick whiz in the middle of drinkie time. Beyond that, the atmosphere and the service made me feel so warm and lovely so, it still gets hella love from me!

Zeffirino is located on the second level of The Venetian. It was a bit hard to find, since I thought I just needed to take an elevator, but that is not the case. Near the entrance of the Gondolas, they have a restaurant that says«the bar» which you will need to go into, and then upstairs is the restaurant which is the only way to get there. The interior of the restaurant itself has an old glamour atmosphere to it, with countless photos hung around, and articles scattered away. It has an amazing design and gives an authentic Italian energy just as you walk through the doors. The floors were a bit slippery, I almost tripped while walking around the long hallways; but, none the less, they were beautiful. The silverware was decorated superbly but my fork was bent, and I just can’t eat with a bent fork. THESERVICE — I did not make reservations here, but got seated immediately which was awesome(since I was wearing 6-inch non platform heels, walking almost all day)! The food came at a slow pace and the servers spilled half my cocktail on the table but the maitre’d was nice enough to clean up my spilled juice and give a new drink free-of-charge. THEFOOD — My friend and I started off our dining experience with their Ostriche Fresche which are fresh oysters of six for $ 15.00, a very good price for the delectable fresh taste. The side dish of fettuccine Alfredo was nectarous; I don’t know how the chefs cooked it, but it was saccharine and brilliantly executed. My first course arrived: a plate of Salmon in white wine, the balsamic outer layer of the lemon zest and capers made the fish oh so brackish. Freshly-made couscous is one of the humble triumphs of civilization. The miniature diced tomatos were steamed to perfection, the couscous was delicious and added a kick to the dish, I couldn’t have ask for a better meal. My friend’s Ravioli that had Parmigiano cheese, served in pink sauce looked like throw up on a plate. Even the grated cheese did not make it look any more presentable. Enough said. To recap, we ordered the following: Ostriche Fresche — Fresh Oysters Order of 6($ 14.95) Fettuccine alla Bolognese($ 26.00) Ravioli in Salsa Rosa($ 26.00) Salmone alla Griglia($ 36.00)

I love this place! I always come here when I’m in Vegas and sit in the bar/lounge area. It’s always empty but the food and drink prices are great during happy hour. The service is kind of weird like they don’t really want you to be there, which is probably why it’s empty, but not too bad. The décor is great and they have a piano player which is really nice too. Best part though are the bathrooms. Wow. Literally the best I’ve experienced. Random, but they’re really nice so yeah.

Had to be in Vegas alone for a conference. I went for a very early morning walk and stumbled across this place. Intriguing. I came back for dinner. The restaurant is huge and very upscale in décor and staff appearance. Beautiful table settings. Views of the canal from much of the seating area. I ordered six oysters. Turned out quite small, but appropriately priced. For my entrée, I ordered Aragosta Diavolo, which was to feature a 1.5 lb lobster, shrimp, clams, scallops over linguini. I like lobster. I don’t love it, but like it quite a bit. I’ve lived in Maine for 15 years now, and I know a 1−½ pound lobster when I see and eat one. This pipsqueak weighed in no more than a pound. It was boiled to mush and generally terrible. The rest of the dish was excellent, but not spicy like the«Diavolo» implied. Not worth the $ 60 I paid.

We wanted to try something new for lunch while we were walking through the Venetian and we saw some people sitting upstairs looking over the canal and gondolas. We went looking for the restaurant and found Zeffirino. They sat us overlooking the canal. As we walked through we did not realize how big the place was . We decided on the Grand Canal lunch. For $ 26.95 you get an appetizer, entrée and dessert. I chose the tomato and mozzarella appetizer and the Eggplant parmigiana. Both were fabulous. We ended with some mini pastries which was perfect after all the other food. The service was great as was the food. We found a new favorite. Would go back again.

Zeffirino… Zeffirino. Located at The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, this is one popular fine dining Italian restaurant. And for good reasons too. The minute you step foot into this restaurant, you are completely taken back to old-fashioned, traditional Italy architecture and décor. First level is like a lounge with a full sized bar. Then you can either take the stairs/elevators to the second level for the restaurant portion. Service was great. Our waiters were very attentive throughout the entire evening. Our drinks were constantly kept full. Started off with a couple different dishes of antipasti. ***Calamari e Gamberetti alla Diavola — -Calamari and Baby Shrimp sauteed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, and Diced Fresh Tomato, in a Spicy Tomato Sauce. ****Carpaccio di Manzo, Parmigiano e Germogli di Rucola — -Thin sliced beef tenderloin, capers, shaved parmesan, and rucola sprouts with lemon dressing. For our entrees, we got: ***Risotto Gamberi e Granchio — -Carnaroli rice with crabmeat, shrimp, garlic, a touch of tomato and white wine. ***Filetto di Branzino alla Catalana — -Pan seared Mediterranean Sea bass fillet with white wine, half of a 1 ½ lb. lobster served in a pink sauce and spinach. Definitely really enjoyed my dinner that night. Plus the atmosphere of the restaurant made everything so much more elegant. I would definitely love to come back here again and maybe try their pasta dishes. Even though it’s only spaghetti… the person in my party had that as his side dish and it looked freaking delicious!!!
