A Unilocaler passes me the word that this course is being closed down permanently, and we will all be better off for it. The outdoor course may have had glory days in an earlier era, but it was a badly neglected relic that was a real rip off. RIP. But I have come to bury it, not to praise it.

I already wrote a review for the outdoor mini golf at Hoffman’s which is separate from the indoor course, though I don’t see a separate listing for it. I’ll keep my review short and sweet for the indoor. It’s glow in the dark. lotsa black lights and glow in the dark paint and figures. It’s pretty cool! The courses are pretty simple and straight with a few curves and blocks in the way for difficulty. The real difficulty for me was spotting the umm holes. There isn’t really a theme for this course like most mini golf. There’s some sea life, jungle boogie where gorilla’s and dinosaurs apparently live amongst each other, and a space section. Grouped into maybe 4⁄5 courses/holes a piece. It’s a little dim and after a bit I was like«ok, I feel like I’m at a rave. enough already or at least pump some beats» but it’s definitely something that should be checked out. Because well, it’s different… pretty nifty… and it’s frickin’ black light mini golf!

Sub-par(YES, GOD I LOVE UnilocalING) mini golf course. Its not very interesting, even after they decided to remodel it to make it a little more inviting. Its just not hard or fun, there’s no like windmill stuff or décor, just a lot of zigzagging greens with the hole at the end and no clownhead to slice the ball through. It is cheap though, I can’t remember it was like 4 or 6 bucks. Its a good time killer for all ages especially in the early evening before it closes, go with friends and get a cone at lickety splits before heading off to party. Its like the afterthought of Hoffman’s Playland. a lackluster, sub-par(just one more time!) afterthought.
