Rice Garden

Looking at this place I thought it couldn’t be any worse than Panda Express across the street so I said what the hell, imma check it out.
To my pleasant surprise, it was actually pretty good.
Looking over the menu (refer to pic), I decided to get the one entrée and one side combo for 4.99 along with an appetizer and drink for just two dollars more. I got Orange Chicken as the entrée and a half n half of Fried Rice and Chow Mein. For the appetizer, I went with Hot n Sour Soup. Everything tasted good. Even the soup had some flavor to it. To me this was a very good deal compared to Panda Express.
I was impressed by the customer service of the young lady behind the counter. She answered all my questions and suggested certain items that go good with each other. Now if only the Panda Express across the street can take note than they would have me as a frequent customer.
So if you are craving Chinese fast food, come here. It is on par with Panda and the customer service is way better.

Of the TWO food options in the food court at the mall (Rice Garden and Dairy Queen), I picked this one. The food was pretty good, but nothing special. The service was ok.
Cons: I purchased two servings of Lo-​Mein, two servings of Orange Chicken, two spring rolls and two pot stickers. I also purchased two $ 1 bottles of water. The total for that was $ 18!!!
