Not happy with my one and only experience I know what I exactly ordered but they ordered the wrong part. I took three separate trips to get the right parts and refund. I wasted three hours(1 hour per round trip). When I was getting my refund, one of the employee made it sound like I’m the one who ordered the wrong part. It made me feel very bad and never wanted to come back. Rude and poor employee attitudes.

I just wanted to write a review of these guys. I purchased a used ARE cap from Craigslist that had no keys and I emailed Cap World in Laurel about getting a set of replacement keys. They replied within a couple hours, telling I should come by and they can see if they help me out. I swung by the place a week later during the lunch hour, and there was a bit of a crowd. There were people making big purchases, people inquiring about the prices of caps(some are pricey!) but the staff there were courteous, honest and had a zero pressure salesmanship. When I was finally helped, they checked all of the ARE keys available and finally found one that locked my cap. Anyways, even though I was there for a very small purchase, I can tell that they are honest and customer service oriented folks.
