One of my favorite chipotle next to kentlands Gaithersburg. Why I like this chipotle the way the the chipotle place is set. Today is Halloween they charging everyone without or with custome 3 $. ! They aren’t stingy with their portions on Halloween day. And wasn’t even busy on Halloween. If I didn’t live so far I would come here. Today is my first time here I had a great experience.

Ordered a chicken & pork burrito along with 3 tacos. Both had a decent amount of meat on them which is a plus. Most chipotles are pretty cheap on the amount of meat they give you. And the meat was fresh tasting and hot. Lastly the general crowd is more middle class adults so another plus.

This location has all of the standard Chipotle pros and a few gigantic non-standard cons. Pros: food is delicious! I’ve never had any issues with it being cold or overcooked. The line is also frequently long, but they are very skilled at moving it quickly. Cons: The online ordering here is a nightmare, as many other reviewers have mentioned. I frequently get an incredibly wrong item(order: veggie burrito bowl received: steak tacos…) and unless you check it the second they hand your order to you, you’re doomed. Another downside of online ordering is, maybe because of the assumed spike in complaints and errors, sometimes they won’t make it until you’re there. That means you are waiting just about the same time as if you were in line, and watching your meal get made in between the line of regulars. The other big con is that this Chipotle should be called cheap-otle. The portions are SO small for the average Chipotle. I don’t even get meat, just veggies, and it is routinely a struggle to convince the worker to give me more than 5 strips of peppers and onions. More veggies, more veggies, more veggies. While they’re cheap on veggies, they are absurdly generous with sour cream and cheese to an almost gross extent. Last time I ended up with a spoonful of veggies and a good quarter cup of sour cream. Summary: Wait in the line, make it yourself, don’t compromise when they try to tell you four tomatoes is a serving of mild salsa.

The food was cold. The guacamole was average. Nothing very exciting about it.

Very surprised to see how cheap the prices are; in NYC, chicken bowls cost around $ 7.27 to $ 7.80, but here it’s only $ 6.84! I admit that the layout is a bit weird, but a super cozy place overall. Good for groups as well.

Of course the food is good, its Chipotle! The 5 stars is for the excellent, friendly employees. My family placed a huge order, which my son promptly spilled all over the floor. :(Staff couldn’t have been any nicer, cleaned up the mess and gave us new orders for free and no hassle. Great service, thank you Chipotle.

My opinion, I have probably been here 30 times. We love to go as a family after church. They usually have a line, but they always do a fine job. I would not say it is not any different that the service I have has at other Chipotles. In the past, I think I recall that the options for seating five people was limited inside. They did just change their seating area though, so I will need to pay attention next time.

I recommend not to order online from this location, or at least check your meal before leaving with it! Screwed up my entire burrito bowl; they cheated me on the proportions, mixed up all my toppings, and left out the guacamole that I paid the extra $ 2 for.

The workers behind the counter are always friendly and flexible. If you have a food allergy or religious reasons for cross contamination, they will change their gloves(although, I saw this cause quite a stir once). Food is fresh – it’s kind of Chipotle’s modus operandi. Guacamole is amazing for a «fast food» establishment. Although as many people have warned on here, it’s very easy to go overboard on your caloric intake. Skip the cheese and sourcream – and try not to get any tortillas. It’s senseless calories. A few things need to change about this place – most importantly the size. As Chipotle has grown more and more popular over the years, the line has extended further and further into the dining area, making for quite a mess between 12:00 — 1:30 pm and 8:00 — 10:00 pm. Maybe it’s time to invest in a larger location? And finally the CUSTOMERS. People, if there is a sneeze guard in front of you, that doesn’t mean reach your hand over and point to the food you want to stuff down your face. I didn’t come to eat rice with your skin cells and hair all over it. I would love it if Chipotle put some sort of sign on there to indicate as such, instead of advertising about their free-range farming practices. We get it, you’re environmentally friendly and are into sustainable farming – we appreciate it. But seriously, do something about that sneeze guard.

This location has trained their Hispanic employees to save money anyway possible. The lady literally put half of scope of steak on my burrito. When I asked I want burrito not kiddi taco, she replied«she replied you want extra meat». Lol smh

They ALWAYS burn the chicken! And even if it doesn’t look burnt it tastes like it and ruins the entire bowl. Go to the chipotle on 198 instead although their customer service is worse.

The food is great as expected, but the line here always seems to be so long it’s actually backed up into the dining portion of the restaurant. I rarely feel such a wait is worth it, and usually end up just going to another location, instead.

Terrible customer service! The folks on the production line were sooo busy having conversations amongst themselves that the line of food was backing up. To make things even worse, they dripped pork juice and a piece of pork in someone’s vegetarian dish. Then they thought it was okay to remove the piece of meat and continue to fulfill the order. The whole experience was just unprofessional. I’ll be filing a complaint with the company for sure.

Lines moved slower than a turtle. Not that crowded so I guess they got new employees or something. The rolling skills leave my burrito looking like a floppy frisbee. Nah

The food is decent, but it’s chipotle I don’t expect it to be different from location to location. That’s about the only thing this particular location has going for it. Everything else is meh. –Service seems to be hit or miss(but either way they are always tremendously busy). –The outside is very dirty and has been consistently dirty for a long while. Cigarette butts/napkins/bags everywhere in the landscaping. The tables outside are broken so the surface wobbles when you put anything on it. Several of the umbrellas are broken. –The inside is dirty. Leftover bits of food on the tables, balled up napkins/straw covers on the floor. If there were another Chipotle in Laurel I would go to that instead.

This location has good and bad days. The line is always long so I always order online. They either get it really right or really wrong. IF your order is ready when you get there, check it before you leave.

On most days, there’s a long line that meanders way past the iced tea and alongside the stools, facing the window and here’s why; it’s fresh; it’s awesome; and did I say it’s fresh? Don’t worry though, the line goes by super fast. No matter how I mix it up, it’s delicious. Cilantro in rice, brown or white — take your pick, salsas to choose from, mild/medium/super hot. Get the corn salsa; it’ll calm your palate between each bite. The guacamole adds the right amount of tang and then, I sprinkle that bottled green jalapeño liquid all over it — top it off with that homemade iced tea and squeeze of lime — yes, heaven in my tummy! The workers are very nice and patient and there’s always a table, even with the long lines.

Update: This Chipotle is always wicked busy. I have been here almost any time between 11am and 8 pm and there has always been a serpentine line of hungry people that feeds back into the seating area. Alas! There is a sneaky way to one-up this line of doom. This Chipotle completely stands by their online ordering system, and does so with timeliness. So, knowing its busy, I have: ordered my «usual» online. Immediately left my house, proceeded to Chipotle, gone straight to the counter while avoiding the death-gaze from the line of doom and picked up my online order of delicious joy. Almost-Instant satisfaction, should you know with 10 minutes to spare that you want to eat Chipotle. And I always do, so this is always relevant.
