Bryan Kitahara(the son) was my dentist the two times I went in for a cleaning and once for a cavity fill. All three times were pleasant, wonderful experiences. The hygienists were great and the dentist himself was very professional and friendly. He starts with a little chit chat then dives in, he never probed too much about personal life but does try to make you comfortable. My first time I went in for a routine cleaning and he could tell I had not gotten a cleaning in a couple of years. He didn’t make me feel bad just reminded me that it was necessary, and he spent extra time to clean my teeth one by one to chip off all the excess plaque! By the end of it my teeth felt like they were made up of individual tooth, sooo clean! And they gave me a toothbrush, small travel toothpaste, and a small travel size floss set after each cleaning(score! replenishes my travel toiletry ;)). I really like him and I really like the office personnel. They seem to take all insurance. And they will do their best to see what the insurance does cover and let you know. They have never seem«too busy to help». Very friendly place. They are open a little late on Tuesdays to accommodate those that can’t make their regular weekday hours, which is what I have to take advantage of. They are open Saturdays too but not Sunday. they are located right next to the lake at the bottom of the steps, I almost missed it the first time. Be sure to arrive just a tad early to fill in paperwork, they always make you do that too see if anything has changed. From my experience, they are usually on time, and I leave the office within an hour. I really like that they don’t rush. I think I’ve found my dentist :)
