First Class Chimney Services

This company is very well put together and offered great customer service. They cleaned, repaired and followed up with my chimney services. They did try to upsale me on the other repairs needed to chimney, I wasn’t buying but I will look into it soon. They put on a chimney cap and it blew off, I called to report it and they came back out to repair and secure the cap. There was no hassle and no issue. I would recommend this company for chimney services.

I am impressed with the work First Class Chimney Services did on my damaged chimney. There was extensive cracking and crumbling of the bricks and mortar, along with cracks in the concrete crown. The technician who climbed onto my roof took pictures of the damage to make sure I knew that was going on up there (I really didn’t want to climb up there myself). He thoroughly explained my options, and we decided on a course of action. The two-​man crew showed up as scheduled to begin the repairs. After the first day a two-​day spate of rain delayed the repairs, but the crew quickly resumed work when the weather cleared and finished the job in one more day. I was pleased to see the finished work. The mason matched my old brick and mortar perfectly! He replace 18 – 20 courses of brick, and you can’t tell where the old brick and new work meet. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is that this kind of repair must be judged over time. So far they’ve earned 5 stars, but time will tell. I would have no problem recommending First Class Chimney Services for chimney cleaning and repair.

First Class Chimney Services just cleaned my chimney and they did a great job! They were prompt (3 minutes early!), clean (not a trace left behind!), fast, and very professional. The lead technician, Tony, was courteous and excellent to work with.
Originally my appointment was scheduled for a very rainy day last week, and they did a great job at rescheduling me before Thanksgiving as I had hoped.
Overall, top-​notch service! I highly recommend them.
