This was my first time at MyEyeDr in Laurel, MD. It was a great experience! The eye dr was professional and friendly and I received awesome assistance with selecting my frames. The cost was explained up front as well. I also didn’t have to wait long at all to see the dr. I highly recommend MyEyeDr in Laurel, for all you eye wear and exam needs!

Very convenient location right off of Route 1 in Laurel located where the Laurel Towne Center is now. Received a reminder post card for my annual eye exam and called and was able to quickly and easily make an appointment that fit my schedule. Arrived and while filling out paperwork I was called back for my exam. Everyone who assisted me was very courteous and professional. After my exam was completed I was assisted in completing my purchase. I only went in for contacts which I’m waiting to pick up. They have a very nice selection of glasses to choose from if you are getting glasses. The visit went quicker than expected which is always a good thing. Left with a pair of sunglasses in a case, cleaning spray and cloth. Thanks for your service.

The location is super convenient and the staff is very courteous. Appointments are appropriately scheduled because the wait time is minimal. My contact arrived earlier than expected and was exactly what I promised.

The doctor and employees here are really nice. They treat you as if you’re their only customer. The receptionist is a little callous but Amber and Lynda take the time to ensure that you are satisfied with your glasses and/​or contact lenses.

Yay! I got my free sunglasses! after having written a review and questioned whether I could still redeem the check in offer the store manager replied to my Unilocal review and said to go ahead and pick it up :-) (of course the manager said this in a much more elegant way) I stepped into the store (Note, the door is a little difficult to open. and the store looks closed from the outside due to sun glare but it really is open at the listed hours) and was greeted by a few ladies. Because the store manager had arranged them to allow me to pick up a pair of sunglasses they knew to expect me and apparently all had read my review. I was a little taken aback since I did voice some disappointments (first time truly ever pinpointed by the store for my Unilocal review) and they did mention the content of my review but they said they were appreciative of the honest review. They still treated me the same (kind and professional) and my worries disappeared. I picked one pair out of hundreds and they graciously cleaned them and gave me more spray/​cloth/​case for my new pair of sunglasses.
These people are very nice, sweet, helpful, and professional. I can’t say enough for now great the service is here. My only gripe is the cost (as they are well aware of), but with that I’ll have to do my own cost comparison sheet in the future. Service at Costco is great too so I’ll have to think about this a little more a year from now when I get my eyes checked again. :-)
