Pizza Hut

Took me more than 10 minutes to place my order, not including the first call that was lost (it could have been my cell phone). And after 10 minutes I hung up when I could hear two employees talking about my order. The employees just need to learn better phone etiquette. Neither of the employees were rude; I just didn’t have that much time to wait. I was trying to place the order to pick up on my way home, by the time I hung up, I was almost there and REALLY did not feel like waiting. My order was even reasonably easy, and other pizza huts have had no trouble with it.

Cheap and good. For your $ 7.00 — did you hear me; SEVEN dollars! An assortment of pies: deep dish, thin crust, pepperoni, cheese, buffalo chicken, cherry pepper bombshell, 7 alarm fire — is this Pizza Hut? Heck yeah it is and they’ve gone gourmet on us. If you don’t want pizza by any chance, there’s also cheesy pasta, bread sticks and dessert pizza.
This Pizza Hut’s buffet is on Monday through Friday, from 1130 – 1330.

The last three times I’ve ordered a carry out from here they’ve been late on their projected time.

Worst experience ever. I would never go back to eat here. Manager is rude. After placing order, which he accepted, 30 minutes later he tells me he can’t provide hand toss crust. Even worse. The bathroom is disgusting. This tells you everything you need to know about this place, especially when you see staff exiting the rest room that has no soap.
Avoid this place if you know what’s good for you even if you do delivery. It’s usually empty for good reasons. This place deserves 0 Zero Stars!

I work literally right done the street from them. I have been here twice now. I liked the customer service there very nice

I went with my wife for dinner we had amazing service and the pizza was delicious. Our waitress Alex was superb and very attentive with us. We had a very wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

The food was good but the General Manager charges you for Everything! Sauce, a box! We ordered 2 medium pizzas wings and beer spent over $ 60 the charged us for each 8 wings sauce! Then we were only fine personal pan pizza boxes to carry out the ½ medium pizza I had to use 3 boxes!!! I asked for a medium box and was told GM said only to give it to carry out customers!
If your are going to eat here carry out!!! General manager I hope your saving .25cents is worth loosing customers!!! Smdh

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, but the folks here (appeared to be run by high school kids) managed to ruin my experience. I ordered the family box which is suppose to come with Pizza, breadsticks, cinnamon sticks, and two sauces. I did a carry out order and ran out of that place without looking in the box. When I go home, no sauces. I didn’t expect much for $ 10 bucks but I was surely disappointed… note to self: always check to make sure they put everything in your order… I guess the reason I ran out of the place is because I’ve read it’s been robbed before (located on a dark isolated street next to a 7 eleven).

I usually do not like pizza but my boyfriend loves it so I have to order it every once in a while. I ordered at this particular pizza hut and it takes them absolutely forever to complete an order. I walked-​in and ordered and it took them a whole hour to give me their $ 10 dinner box and 8 PCS of hot wings. The wings were also dripping with some weird liquid that looked like chicken blood. I was hesitant about eating it. We have also called them about a month ago and got hung up on multiple times until we got fed up and decided not to purchase pizza for delivery from them. They also told us it would be a 3 hour wait for them to deliver our pizza. We live less than a block away.
I was watching them cut and serve the pizza and I thought it was a bit unsanitary for them to not wear gloves. They were touching the register, the pans, the food, and they were reusing a pan cutter with old dried crusts of pizza sauce hanging off of it.
Summary: It takes too damn long to get a pizza and their delivery time really blows. They can do better when it comes to sanitation as well.
Bottom line: I will probably only order here when I get too lazy to cook and have no other options.

I have dined-​in at this particular Pizza Hut before when they have their all-​you-​can eat lunch buffets. Now the food was always good, but they never had enough pizzas made to keep the buffet stocked in a timely manner.
Now, I decided to order delivery thru
and this location was chosen because of its proximity to my apartment. I completed my order at 7:30pm and was notified that the estimated delivery time would be approx. 9:30. 2 hrs for a pizza? I understand its a Sat night and its a playoff night, but 2 hrs? I decided to distract my grumbling tummy with football and video games, and it worked until I realized it was 10:15. So I called them up and told them I ordered almost 3 hrs ago, they looked up my order and said it was for pickup, but I assured them that I had the email confirmation that said I chose delivery. They transferred me to the manager and she said she would put in my order and have it delivered asap but that there was only 1 driver so it may be awhile. I was almost charged more than what my original order cost, but fortunately the email confirmation once again could back up my claim. Not that I expect to be compensated for their mistake, but surely don’t try to charge me more than what my bill costs.
The only reason they’re not getting a 1 star is because even though they messed up my order and kept me waiting all night, the staff was very respectful and polite when I dealt with them on the phone and when my pizza was delivered (4hrs later), and my food was alright (not great, not bad either)

It probably makes me a totally disgusting eater, but the night after the so-​so experience, we tried this Pizza Hut again.
This time the food got to our apartment on time, hot, and with no drama. We ordered the meal box (or whatever it is called), but the ran out of the actual boxes. So they just gave a larger pizza then we were supposed to get. I’m not sure why the couldn’t put the regular sized pizza in a larger box, but I’m not complaining.
