This Wendy’s has the slowest customer service. There should be a disclaimer on the door prior to entering for a meal.

How long does it take to order in drive thru? This lady spent 20mins allowing her 50 kids bathroom breaks and all but wait does that mean they are slow inside? Food was lukewarm but hey its below polar bear degrees outside so chilli it is… slow turtle service I failed to mention akim was working drive thru… oh shit my son works!

Terrible management and service, food was good, but you can get fast food anywhere. Asked for a spicy chicken asiago club, received a regular one. Was told it was my fault for not asking. It wasn’t like I’m sorry I missed that, it was you should know better attitude infused. The lady was flat out rude. Shame because this Wendy’s is better than it’s competitor up by rams head. I also had to ask for my receipt. With such poor attitudes it’s no wonder they aren’t full at lunch.

Food was ready as soon as we pulled up to the window, no cars in front of us. Although I paid for cheese and asked for cheese on my chicken sandwich it was missing.

If you come here to eat, you should only come late at night on a weekday, which has been the only good experience I’ve had here. Weekends? Forget it. You’ll wait forever, then they’ll forget your order, give you the wrong food, and THEN they’ll tell you that they don’t have what you ordered.

Ok, I love Wendy’s, but if there is another one is driving distance, go there. Local to this Wendy’s, I go there pretty often, and 4 out of 5 times, they mess up. Issues over time: Forgotten food, Undercooked meat, parked from drive thru, then forgotten about, and most recently, someone in the kitchen started to argue with me about the food I ordered. I had to take it out of the bag, open it and show them to prove them wrong. It’s a Shame. This place needs new management.
