Denny is the best Zumba instructor in the DMV! I’ve been to several different zumba classes in the area and what I really love about her class is that it offers a high impact form of dance and exercise. There’s always a lot of fun and energy working out with her. I love to dance and sweat, so her classes are perfect for me. I love her and would highly recommend her class to every and any one!

I miss Zumba with Denny. She is such a great instructor. Next time I am in the DC area, I am definitely going to drop in. She works with you no matter your level of fitness and creates a space where everyone supports eachother. Take this CLASS!

I love this class. I call it a dance class and sometimes even pretend I’m at the club. It is hi nrg with amazing tunes instead of mindless aerobic steps. So fun and such a great workout!

This is the best Zumba class I’ve ever taken! I absolutely love it! High energy and lots of fun latin music to dance to. It doesn’t even feel like you’re working out, just dancing, burning calories, and losing inches while doing it. Denny Rocks!

The class is fun, and Denny really works you out! The routines are well thought out and easy to pick up, which is great for newbies. And while the routines are fun, they also help tone the muscles and are great cardio workouts. Denny will even work with you personally to make sure you’re getting the moves right.
