Panda Express

I think for the most part I had already had my fill of Panda Express. For it to ever be good you first have to catch them just at the right time. Too many busy or not busy at all and you are taking a chance at quality. Price is always a problem. Just too much money for so few positives. Today I found myself on the not busy enough side. The big expense for little food and quality was already a given but I was a bit… well, I was going to say shocked but more like «you got to be kidding me» reaction to just how little rice and the other two selections I chose. By the time I was just about to satisfy my hunger I noticed that two thirds of the one scoop of SweetFire chicken was pineapple chunks. $ 15 plus later, I have had it with Panda Express.

I don’t expect much from a corporate run cheap Chinese food restaurant. But this team of employees are horrid. They must be under pressure for waste, because they refuse to make any new items anywhere near closing. I was there 45 min before closing and it was a sad selection. When I requested they make their only vegetarian entrée they complied with an attitude and an eye roll. This is why you work at a fast food restaurant and make next to nothing, you don’t care about your job or the consumer, so you can only achieve a crappy minimum wage job scooping food.

This location is good. I received what was expected as far as food. Taste the same as any other Panda Express. The service was exactly what is expected of Panda Express. They offered samples and if I wanted to include a drink with my order — VERY SIMPLE ordering system and the food was fresh.
Its not cheap as far as the price but its pretty normal nowadays to pay $ 7-​$ 9 for a one meal at a fast food joint.

This panda has one of the best servers around she gives heavy doses of food ! With a big smile to go along with it! It’s hard to find a fast food place that’s like that but when jazmine serves you food you have no problems so it’s highly recommend that when you see jasmine request her it’s worth it.

Food quality-​wise, this is one of the best panda locations I’ve been to provided you get the freshly cooked batch. Every time I went to another location the quality was bad like the one in Hollywood (by the CVS) where the chicken had too much fat and bones on a regular basis that I had to throw it in the trash a lot of the time so I stopped going. There were probably 2 employees here that didn’t seem to care, but the rest of the crew were good to me and friendly here most of the times I went but that might be because I was eating here very often.
If you get the food that is leftover in the container while the new batch of food is getting cooked or towards the end of the day, you will most likely have the burnt or overcooked meal. Other than that, I miss going to this location!

They gave me the shittiest burnt food ever. Not only did they give me so little but the quality wasn’t good at all. I was already a bit upset because I had to wait just so they can make more food because they ran out but there was already a huge line waiting I could only imagine how long they were there. I came to Panda Express thinking it was fast food I have things to do places to go. The service wasn’t that great either. I wish I could just return the damn food it was terrible. Rather go across the street next time.

Not enough food. If you want to get full (satisfy) don’t go here. They barely serve enough food. I do not recommend.

Don’t come here the employees act like there is a food shortage! The actually have to ask the manager permission to add a little more because they are on a food shortage. EMBARRASSING… I think I will continue going to the one by my house on Sepulveda in MB. When ever I have had to wait for the food to be cooked they offer me a free drink while I wait. Now thats excellent customer service. Keep up the good work Manhattan Beach.

Watch out for «Fez», the manager. The most tightwad servers in all. For every items you buy, he only swooped up 1 spoon, and even for the side item, he put in less than half of the box side. If you come and see him serving the foods, it’s better to go to the different places than to get angry with his ways. I would come back only when fez is not there. Food is just like other places.
Again, stay out if «fez» is there. He always wear black shirt and easy to recognize. Or just leave store after he put in the foods the same way he did in the container. Hopefully, he will learn.

If I could I would give this place no stars! The staff is very unfriendly they don’t greet the customers, the food was not hot not was it warm it felt like it was sitting on the serving station for a while, when I told the lady the food wasn’t warm she just looked at me and gave me attitude, seriously this is unacceptable, the management needs to change

Man!!! I was hungry!!! They are always organized and they had big line… moved smoothly. Now my tummy is full…

This place Panda Express the food is very good excellent very good the workers are kind of ghetto and their attitude was not really something I appreciate it while I’m eating there very loud they conversate about very stupid things there not professional also how do you go to a place that serves rice and all kind of other good food but yet don’t they don’t have spoons they say they don’t carry spoons how does a restaurant not have spoons away and you should have spoons you got for its plenty of words with no spoons very very not professional this place was not was what I want and I ate their the atmosphere was very bad bad bad juju vibes so far you take your food food there to go

First time at this restaurant. I was visiting this city for a work meeting. I live in San Fernando Valley. This restaurant was close by and I got very surprised. Fresh food, everything was clean, friendly staff. I don’t reviewed ever or suggest any restaurant. but some body told me once «always a first time» and today I do.

The food is good but the online ordering process is AIDs. I always place an online order and show up at the promised time, and every time these fgts never have my food ready when I show up and inquire about it.

Good food. My only complaint is that the manager «fez» serves like he’s saving all the food for himself.

I decided to grab some late dinner at 9pm with my husband and unfortunately I was disappointed. To begin the lady servicing was not having a good day clearly. So I ordered a combo and asked for two different type of beef dishes and they said they had no more so then I asked if they had anything with beef and they said no! All the pandas that I have gone to always has a variety, today was unfortunate.

Now we are working without a women’s restroom, large sign taped across door out of service! Your busy and have one functioning Men’s restroom really? I thought it was California law that u have both arm and woman’s restroom available to use how does that work?

Dont come here. We came here because I wanted panda. I was very disappointed. We came here for dinner and they had nothing!!! No orange chicken, no spring rolls, no beef and broccolli! I order half chow mein and fried rice and because they were low on chow mein all I got were vegitables. I ordered the orange chicken and no one told me they were out until we went to pay so i then had to switch my order to something else. We wanted spring rolls and there were 2 in the warmer. The lady very rudely told us that she alredy sold them and that it would be a few minutes but there was none dropped in the fryer! All around rude customer service and nothing was clean. We had to eat at a table with food on it! I came here about a month ago and had great service and today it was horrible!!! I will never cpme back to this panda express and you shouldn’t either!!!
