Subway

The only thing I’m going to say don’t ever ever come to this subway again horrible service !

Please go to a different subway. There is another one on inglewood and Manhattan beach. There is also one on rosecrans and ocean gate. Please go to those, instead of this one.
This review isn’t a one time thing so I’m going to write a bad review, kind of thing. If that makes sense.
I have been here so many times to grab something quick and light and honestly every time I leave this subway I leave upset. There have been instances where the employees cut me off just for they could talk to each other. Or they don’t even finish my order when they have already charged me for it. There was also a time where my boyfriend and I were standing side by side and the lady making our sandwiches completely ignored what my boyfriend was saying and kept asking me what he wanted on his sandwich. But honestly the last thing that has set me off was tonight’s customer service. I was the only one in line and the lady was too busy talking with another employee to acknowledge me. When she finally acknowledged me she asked if I was ready and when I said yes she would just turn around and do something else. This happened maybe 3 times until she finally took my order. Then she kept asking if I wanted it toasted and I said no, but yet again she asked and this went on for 2 minutes or so until she almost put the sandwich in the little oven. I raised my voice and she freaked out. If I wasn’t beyond hungry I would have left. But I’m never going to go to that subway!

This subway is horrible… Not because of their location, or subway’s ingredients, because I love subway. But I don’t think the employees know how to make decent sandwiches.
Went in yesterday and the woman who helped me was all over the place. Wasn’t fully listening to me when I said what I wanted. She would ask, I would clearly and loudly respond, and her eyes would be wandering else where and I would get a «what was that?» This happened at least 4 – 5 times… Pay attention to your customers!!! You shouldn’t seem so distracted with your surroundings. She also just threw the ingredients on. No proper way of putting them on nicely so it would fold without breaking the bread.

Worst sandwich I ever had. They didn’t even have my jalapeño chips which I was looking forward to:/ it’s clean, but the quality can be a lot better. And flat Sprite! Shame.

I was thrilled when this Subway opened so close to home, however have not been thrilled about the service. The atmosphere is pleasant, but for some reason, I have to ask for extra olives, time and time again. Then they make you feel like you just asked them for their lunch money just for asking. I kid you not, one time I asked for more olives a third time, they said they cannot… I asked why? They responded management because it messes up the recipe. ?? Huh? The recipe for a custom made sandwich? hmmm… interesting.
Additionally, it seems that supplies do run short more often than not. Avocado’s and spinach seem to be a rare commodity here.
I did however, choose to patronize another Subway instead of coming here again. What brought me back was the service I received from the catering service, they were on time, sandwich’s were fresh, everyone enjoyed. I didn’t ask for extra olives this time :)
Guess, I’ll go back to the other Subway in the area.

Not sure when this subway opened but it’s gotta be relativly new, it’s a much better pick then the other subway down the street! Skip that dumb one off the side of the freeway and drive a minute to get here and not only will you get a better sandwich, but you’ll be physically safer as well.
