This review is based on the service only.
I ordered a «Quesorito Bib Box» in hopes to win a Golden PS4 (one given every 10 minutes). When I entered the code I was given a message that read «this code has already been used». Obviously some TB fgt working in the back, robbed my chance of winning. If the employee/​s can steal codes so easily; how do I know they won’t steal the numbers off my credit card.

so i’m deciding to park my car and dropping in from my usual drive through.
this taco bell has all very nice people working here.
they’re always smiley with customers and i.
and of course, very courteous.
even though they have messed up on my order just a couple times (because they’re busy with a long drive through line or something out of the norm happened to occur right then and there), i still come back. haha
as i parked my car, i immediately saw an old latin blinded in his right eye homeless man sitting in front of the taco bell doors.
i noticed no one cared to give him any food or even their change.
that is just really sad!
i walked from my car across the way toward the doors and asked him if he is hungry. what would he like to eat.
he told me a burrito.
i told him go inside with me to order for himself.
he couldn’t believe it but followed me in anyway.
i asked him to look at the menu and pick which combo he wanted because i wasn’t just going to get him a burrito. my mentality is i want to feed him as much as i can at that very moment.
i wish i can help all the poor and homelesses in the world but i can only help one at a time.
everything has its righteous timing.
the old latin blinded in his right eye homeless man, John told me what combo he wanted and i ordered for him.
i just want to make sure John gets to eat and not be hungry.
after ordering his food, i ordered mine.
with my change, i gave John an additional $ 10.
plus more of my change for him to keep for his food tomorrow.
John was so happy. he kept saying, «thank you. you’re so nice.»
i told John, «haha that’s why i’m going to heaven after i die in the way future. because truly i care for others.» :)
the reason why i keep coming back to this taco bell is because the staff here are very pleasant mannered.
and i get custom made veggie tacos supremes combo for me. :) there’s a slice of heaven at this taco bell! :)

Super slow service for drive thru and walk in! Stopped by at 3:30, not crowded but it took the employees forever to take orders. They all disappeared from the counter for 5 minutes. As the line backed up, 2 employees walked out for their break. I know it’s taco bell but this is crappy even by those standards!

Employees are nice, that’s about it. It took 12 minutes to get my food (not even busy), which normally takes 3 minutes max at other Taco Bells. Miss the 90’s? Come here and relive those years in this bathroom tile Taco Bell. Needed a key to use bathroom, then there was no soap in the bathroom. I couldnt eat comfortably here as the place just doesn’t seem clean. After all that, the food wasn’t even all that great. This location needs a major transformation and quickly. Until then, avoid this location.

Yes, I know I shouldn’t complain. But they overcharge you here. Signs don’t match with register. Very slow service too. Mentioned the overcharge to employee and they could care less.

Food is like every other Taco Bell. However, this location has bad service if you walk inside. For some reason the staff is constantly slow and typically has trouble using the register to place orders. Use the drive-​thru at this location.

Why can’t I have cream and no sugar in my coffee!!! Not that I expect their coffee to be spectacular, but I do expect cream and the option of sugar. I like lots of cream and a little sugar. They now ONLY offer a sweetened cream for my coffee! I don’t want 2%milk, I want CREAM! My coffee now has a ton of sugar and I think I’m gonna just toss it! I give it 3 stars only because the girl working the counter was super nice.

This place is a joke. waited 15 minutes to get my food. this shit isn’t no gourmet restaurant. very ghetto and nasty inside. they have homeless people screaming off the top of there lungs and guys working the cashier who don’t even speak English.

Got there at 7:15am… Still not open and told me to wait another 10min ! Wtf.
They opened up 30min late

This Taco Bell is horrible. It takes 10 – 15 minutes MINIMUM to get your food, even if all you’ve ordered is a pinto and cheese bowl. Not even joking. It’s the same whether you visit the drive-​thru line or walk inside and wait. I cannot understand how they have 6 people behind the counter, nobody in the drive through lane or in the restaurant and STILL take 8 minutes to get your food out!
Most of the employees walk around doing nothing, check their cell phones or disappear in the back to do goodness knows what.
The utensils are NEVER stocked, you have to beg them for hot sauce and they don’t even refill them even after you point out that everything is empty. I wish that this was not the closest Taco Bell to my house and that my husband wasn’t such a huge fan, but, hey, what can you do?
The only plus is that the food is actually good. There is one manager, Mayra, who is awesome. Things run more efficiently when she’s there, but go back to horrible when she’s not.
If you can go to another location, please do and save yourself the time and angst. This is definitely not «fast food».

I would avoid coming to this Taco Bell unless your drunk, high or starving. This place is a joke. The location is dirty the restrooms are disgusting and the food proportions are ridiculous. I have literally ordered beef chalupas from This place and the chalupa is nearly empty (might as well have gotten a crunchy taco).
You can expect to wait at least 15 min and if your lucky there will only be about 3 staff members therefore you have to wait an extra 10 min before someone actually takes your order. The dinning/​walk in area is always closing 5 – 10 min earlier than they should because apparently they work on a different time zone where their clocks are ahead by 10 min

Wow contrary to what everyone else is saying, my order is always right!!! They never mess my order up! I do have to repeat my order several times because they don’t seem to understand very well but they’re nice and always super fast! Their bathrooms def need more attention though!

The ladies at the drive-​thru late at night arealways in a great mood and very helpful. They never have a bad attitude and get my order right.
Its taco bell, so I am not going to rate their food. It all tastes the same.

I went to Taco Bell on Hawthorne Blvd (Store #84) on Saturday, May 11, 2013. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that there was feces (POOP!) on the floor by the bathrooms. I quickly went to ask for a manager to explain the situation. I spoke with Manager, Gabriela, and told her that it needed to be cleaned up ASAP, as kids were stepping in the poop and tracking it throughout the restaurant.
FIVE MINUTES went by and no one had taken action. Finally employee Juan put on some gloves and cleaned up the poop. He then took out the mop to do a secondary cleaning of the floors. Right after he was finished, he took off his gloves then went right to the counter to begin taking orders, taking payments, and delivering food to the customers — WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS PROPERLY!
Here’s my major complaints:
1) Why did it take 5+ minutes for an employee to clean up feces in the walk way?
2) The employee cleaned up the general area, but did not clean/​mop the other areas of the restaurant.
3) The employee did not adequately wash his hands before going to take orders AND deliver the customer’s food.
I have reported this incident to Taco Bell Corporate and will be contacting the CA Health Department. This was unsanitary, disgusting, and plain gross!

I would stay away from this store at all cost. it could be a health hazzard.
i came in and ordered food and went to use the restroom and it was in use.
After about 5 min. a employee set the key on the counter and went back to work.
i went in and was SHOCKED to find the toilet full of feces. The toilet was not flushed which would make be feel he did not wash his hands. i reported this to the manager
Veronica which thought it was no be deal and put a smile on her face and blew it off.
I asked for my money back and left a Taco Bell for the last time. i did contact the main office I hope they take the correct action.

No one’s reviewed this taco bell yet? I don’t have much to say, because we all know what taco bell is and has, but I will say this. Closest taco bell to my house so I’ve been a good… Oh I dunno… 60 times? I think maybe 25 – 30 of those the order was right. It’s wrong much more then it’s right here. Seriously, I dunno what it is, but never anywhere anywhere in the entire country have I had more messed up orders. I almost wonder if I just ordered tacos what they’d come out as. Not to mention the fact that certain meals cost more money here then other taco bells around. Seriously, is Lawndale supposed to be considered high class? Riggggght.
But here’s the kicker, one of the times they got my order wrong they ended up scanning my card not once, not twice, but three times. Wouldn’t be a big deal if we’re just taking the items they missed, but they charged the full amount the 1^st time, the full + the missing drink the 2^nd, and all the items together plus the OTHER missing drink a third time. So not only do I get charged for 3 meals, but because I’m getting charged in full each time they also put my bank over balance so in addition to getting charged for the meal a full 3 times (without my knowledge mind you) I also had to end up spending $ 45 in overdraft fees. Who knew a mexican pizza and two tacos would cost me almost $ 100?
Get your act together or close down.
