All Day Junk Removal

After a recent patio door install we needed the old heavy door and screen and assorted wood to be gone. My good fortune was in finding this company in the Eagle Tribune! From the first call to Alex Day, hearing his cheerful voice and his direction on how his company works had my attention! A huge truck came to my condo and quick as can be they had a price I could afford and took away the pile leaving me with kind words and a big smile – this company rocks and I highly and happily refer them. A job well done by all the Day’s family members. Thank you!

These are the guys you want use. This is a family owned business (Alex). They were prompt, courteous, gave a fair price. They worked quickly and were a pleasure to deal with.
I actually started with Junk King Middlesex County. They gave me a quote for $ 130 to remove the same large refrigerator. When they showed up they said the price would be $ 250 ?!? Total bait and switch. I wish I had started with these guys. I would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with this company. We got a quote from them and opted to have them remove stuff from the yard — we did the manual labor ourselves — and when they came to pick it up they DOUBLED THE PRICE. It was not the same person that gave the quote and we were stuck. We did a tour of the house and showed them the stuff and we actually put less out that we showed them! We kept some for a future move and took our own truck load to a charitable site. Very disappointed, Buyer beware and ALWAYS get a quote in writing. They were courteous, but no good business doubles a price like that.

My goodness my experience was top notch. I had about ½ truck worth of junk I needed removed and I called All Day Junk Removal and within 2 hours, a truck was at my door to give me an estimate. We settled on a price and they asked if they could just take it right there on the spot. Um, yes please! In another ½ hour they were gone, and so was my trash. What a beautiful sight!
The two gentlemen who loaded my stuff were so friendly and personable, and they were incredibly efficient. I also love the fact that they recycle what they can. I’m not really a «save the planet» poster child, but it certainly made me feel better knowing that they take an initiative to be as green conscious as possible. Also, the payment was so easy as they took my credit card # and called it in to their office to process. Done and done.
I know I’ll need another pickup at some point and I won’t call anyone else. I’m sold!

We were very pleased with our move from Lawrence to Haverhill. The employees were very fast and professional. They agreed to an additional stop for an extra furniture pick up.
All of our personal home items were delivered safely and in the same condition they were picked up in. We especially appreciated their work flexibility and fair pricing.
Moving is an arduous effort and it was great to have a team who was equipped with the physical stamina and operational facilities that allowed them to pull off the move so seamlessly on our end. They certainly eased a lot of the anxiety we had about lifting the large pieces of furniture etc. and getting it safely to our new destination.
We would not hesitate to hire this company for any future moves, clean outs, or deliveries in the future. We simply have no complaints at all.

Great service! They were able to come within a couple hours after I called. The staff was very professional and super quick. They made the whole process easy, and they even made the job itself look easy too. I definitely recommend this company.

I’ve used this business a couple of times. To their credit they got back to me right away and scheduled an appointment immediately. I was given a quote and told them I saw the special on line and he said he already gave me a discount. So basically they did not honor the online special. I wanted the junk removed so I didn’t pursue the issue. They tend to tack money on for the most ridiculous things. I had to pay extra for paper shredding and I had to hear how much it cost him to have it shredded etc. Give me a price and just stick with it. They also had a similar response when I cleaned out a relative’s home. They requested $ 25.00 extra because there was more junk than initially quoted. It would be great if they could quote a price and not get caught up in the nitpicking once they start the job. I found it to be irritating and unprofessional. They also needed cash or a check and didn’t accept credit cards. I went with them the second time because they agreed to do it immediately.

Great experience with All Day Junk Removal. Answered their phone after hours on a Wednesday and were here on Thursday to give an estimate — very fair — and back 2 hours later to remove everything. Would definitely recommend them. Great family owned business! Thanks Robby and family!
