Dunkin’ Donuts

Went here 3 days in a row… Placed the same order each day:
Medium coffee with milk and sugar
Medium iced coffee with milk and sugar
Steak egg and cheese on plain bagel
They messed up something each time. Here are the details
Day 1: forgot sugar in iced coffee
Day 2: forgot sugar in regular coffee
Day 3: forgot sugar in both coffees
Just… How???
Go to the dunkin donuts inside shoprite at mercer mall instead.

Every time I go to this Dunkin (which is not often despite I live extremely close) they never seem to fail to get my order wrong. It is literally every time I go there. It’s gotten to the point where I go all the way to the mall to go to that Dunkin because this location is so poorly managed that they still cannot seem to take simple orders. Mine was nothing complicated and yet it’s always wrong. Very frustrating although I must say they are very nice and pleasant. But when you are paying for something you would like it to be correct.

Definitely a below-​average Dunkin’ Donuts. Nothing terrible, but I have definitely experienced better at other locations of the franchise. Really, the only thing this location has going for it is the presence of a Baskin Robbins on premises. Having a sudden craving for ice cream and armed with a gift card, I decided to stop in on a recent evening.
For starters, the store could definitely use to be a little cleaner. No major visible health violations or anything, but tables were dirty and the floor looked like it could have used a good mopping.
Secondly, the selection of Baskin Robbins products was rather limited. Don’t expect to find ’31 Flavors’ here. There were a grand total of 8 types of hard ice cream, and quite oddly, they were out of all types of cones (sugar /​wafer /​waffle /​etc.) They were also completely lacking of Baskin Robbins mainstays such as a soft serve machine.
Overall, the ice cream I ordered (1 scoop cookie dough, 1 scoop cookies & cream) was up to par. The cookie dough flavor was solid, but I found the cookies & cream flavor rather bland and watery. The employee did have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for that, so it probably more of a freshness issue than indicative of a problem with the flavor.
To end on a positive note, the staff was pleasant and courteous, probably more so than I have seen at many other DD locations. However, since no one goes to Dunkin’ Donuts for a world class service experience, that wasn’t enough to make up for the various issues noted above.

The new chicken apple sausage sandwich is absolutely disgusting. Very oily and not much of anything but bread and a bit of egg and dried up cheese on top. I would much rather go to a mom and pop shop than here… And when I order my coffee ⁴⁄₁₀ times it’s wrong or tastes weird. I had picked up a couple of coffees for some coworkers a week or so ago and one friend of mine said she ordered the hazelnut iced coffee and it tasted like a mix of every single coffee sweetener they had… no good in my book. And more than one occasion they run out of munchkins.
