Mobilosity

I have used Mobilosity for a few screen and battery repairs, so I knew they offer the lowest prices in town and super quick service. But they exceeded all expectations with my latest repair. My son lost his iphone in rain last week. By the time he found it in the grass, it was water damaged. We tried the rice trick for several days and finally decided we needed to head to Mobilosity. We took a previously damaged iphone with us in hopes that maybe one of them could be repaired. Jay was amazing. He took both phones, tried to repair the water-​damaged one, and when that didn’t work, used the second one for parts. After more than an hour worth of work, we had a working device. He even replaced the glass screen shield on the repaired phone. Since he was able to make the repair using previously purchased parts from the two phones, he charged us NOTHING! I am so impressed with this level of customer service! Mobilosity will get all my phone repair business!

So I finally dropped my old a** phone and needed a new screen. Mobilosity to the rescue! I could not believe how fast and friendly the service was for me! I had my new screen in less than 30 minutes. The staff was super nice and walked me through the process. Even though I did not take advantage of it; if you need a new screen, then you get 20% off a new case, so that is pretty cool. I would highly recommend going downtown to get your new screen here.

Came in for screen repair– my phone was returned to me very quickly and just as good as new. They also give you 20% off products when you come in for a repair, which I took advantage of. Helpful, friendly staff; clean, well-​organized store; great variety of cases and accessories. I recommend it!

I came in to buy a gift for a friend and was so happy with the customer service! The person working behind the counter was so helpful and even though he was much younger and more technical than me, he explained things at my level, which is SO refreshing!!! I will definitely return if I need anything the store sells. Customer service is a HUGE determining factor for me. Thanks Mobilosity!

I have never seen this many options for cellphone cases. Great selection of stylish, quality products.
I got my charger case here and I absolutely love it. The charging part snaps off and you are left with a cute thin case that will not be too thick to put in a back pocket of your jeans. They also have glass screen protectors (those saved my phone twice, whew!) and they will put it on for you upon request.
Customer service here is top notch. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable associates. I was offered many options to chose from and did not feel pressured to buy.
Definitely recommend stopping by for any of your mobile accessories needs.

I’ve gotten an iphone battery replaced here (took 15 minutes) and a phone case, really great customer service during both. If you’re getting a case one of the dudes stayed with me and opened up any packaging I wanted as I tried a bajillion cases.

Great help, nice people, get you in and out in a jiff. I broke my iPhone 5’s screen yesterday, brought it into Mobilosity today and had it fixed within an hour. The new screen looks perfect and everything works great. Competitive pricing, basiaclly what it is anywhere else in the nation for an iPhone repiar. Would definitely recommend.

Great selection of mobile phone cases. There is no where else in Lawrence besides best buy to buy phone cases, cables, etc. They also do screen repair and battery replacement for the cheapest price I’ve seen in Lawrence. I definitely would recommend stopping by Mobilosity.
