Used and Abused — Terrible Customer Service — Ordered $ 1000 worth of shutter hardware from Karl(CEO — Owner) and paid for it upfront. Promised date came and went — no hardware. I had to call Karl and tell him I didnt receive it. Karl assured me that it would be sent out from his supplier that very day. Another week goes by and still no delivery. I call again and it continues — week to week. After 3 weeks of empty promises — I am upset with what has to be the worst case of customer service that I have ever experienced. Karl’s idea of making right by me is to say he will refund my money — looks like he never ordered it to begin with??? Karl — Why??? Meanwhile I am out $ 1000, I have no hardware and am worried that i wont get my refund. Updated 8.4.15 — Karl refunded my money like he said he would
