Servpro of Lawrence

Paul loves to say «we make any mess seem like it never happened». I would like to add «we make any SMELL seem like it was never there !» There was a funky smell at my Dad’s house right when you walked in from the garage to the house. It drove me crazy! I called Servpro of Lawrence for help. Paul used a fancy gadget which located water in the Sheetrock. His diagnosis was there had been a water intrusion and this was the source of the smell.
This was due to all the ice and snow causing leaks soaking the Sheetrock.
Paul spoke with the homeowners insurance agent and handled all the paperwork. What a relief to have him handle all of that for my us.
Paul’s crew blocked off the area where they worked to eliminate dust particles getting in to the other rooms. My Dad has COPD and is on oxygen. I was concerned the work could aggravate his lungs. I am happy to say he had no problems and the smell is gone !
