I love urban outfitters and I want everything in it. I don’t know why it only has 3 stars but ok

Hipster vibe. I like browsing the home décor & looking through the novelty/gift section. I’ve bought a few of their pint glasses for my husband, and they’re fun to have in the cupboard. I’ve never bought clothes here, and I’ve generally thought they’re a little pricey; if I’m going to spend that much, I’d rather go somewhere else and get something a little nicer. Just my personal opinion though.

It is true that Urban Outfitters has a larger selection of women’s clothing than men’s but since I’m a woman, that’s a good thing ;) It’s a great spot to get the basics or jeans. They do have a slim selection as far as sizes go but you can typically find what you’re looking for. They also have a fun little selection of books, party favors, and other fun gifts.

I used to enjoy Urban Outfitters back when they actually had more variety and killers brands. Now I see a shop who’s merchandise has severely went downhill and if I see another knock off vintage t-shirt, I’m going to throw up. And no more Diesel? WTF buddy? Lawrence’s UO is filled with hipster stuff, but catering much more to women than men. They’ve limited our stuff to a small upstairs with 80% of the clothing all being by BDG! I’m curious to know if BDG is operated under an umbrella with Urban because the amount of stuff is ridiculous. Every V-Neck Every Sweater Every T All They Spell is BDG! Samantha is right on funky gifts though. I have more fun with the literature and gifts than anything else. The Urban down on the Plaza seemed to have a much greater variety than back in Jayhawk town. Either way, Urban’s funky décor and atmosphere is always a treat. But for now, I’m not getting outfitted.

My talking Mr. T. Toy. My 101 Ways to Flip Someone Off book. My paper lamp. My day glo mirror. I love them all, and I got them at Urban Outfitters. Maybe you’ve walked by Urban Outfitters and mistaken it for a teeny tiny person’s clothes store. And it is that. But it’s also a great place to find weird stuff like naughty books and dorm room decorations and cult favorite toys. At Christmastime I look here for cool gifts that are reasonably affordable. The rest of the time I search the tables and shelves at the front of the store for bizarre conversation pieces or stuff that I can put on my desk and stare at when I’m trying to come up with headlines. Seeking inspiration yourself? Check out Urban Outfitters — they have plenty of stuff that’s so kitschy it’s cool.
