Essence Beauty Supply

So my wife and I came here so she could get some conditioner for her hair, the bottle had a price sticker on it for $ 11.99, when going to the checkout the lady at the cash register clerk (Esther) alleged my wife of putting on another price sticker. Clearly, whoever works here put on a different price, the conditioner was $ 17.99 she demanded and refused to allow my wife pay based on someone else’s mix-​up. Had this happened at Wholefoods, Target or some other major retailer, they would of gone along with what the price was marked.
I have seen some rude people before, but this is one of the worst. Stay away from this place, Essence Beauty Supply does not support brothers and sisters, so don’t support them and hopefully they will go out of business like they should. We should have purchased this Mizani Supreme Oil Conditioner online at Amazon, they only charge $ 10. Besides the terrible and rude service, the whole store is way over priced. Most of their items they sell can be found online for 50% or less.
Avoid this place like the Bubonic Plague of 1347 – 1351.

I’ve tried not to give such a bad rating, but I feel I should warn everyone that doesn’t know. The customer service is HORRIBLE and every time I come in I feel like I’m being watched. They don’t ask if I need help, just stand around «lurking». They don’t say hi, bye, have a good day or anything. I’m not saying that they have to break their neck to be friendly, but at least have an acknowledging welcome other than the annoying following. Shame on me for coming as long as I did because I was too lazy to drive further… They’ve lost a weekly customer.
