Dad went here and they used the same gloves when he paid for his food and while they made his food. Will not be returning.
USE NEW GLOVES OR TAKE THEM OFF PLEASE.

I’m not sure if this is the «Great Wraps» in Habersham, GA but even if not, the service and the food was disgusting. I was so upset with the amount I paid and little I received and not to mention how terrible the food actually was. The worse part was a hair was fried to my French fry… Never again

I used to love this place! My favorite mall food. But now they have it set up like a Subway and it’s no longer fresh and very very disappointing. It’s no wonder it’s the shortest line in the food court. Great Wraps, you just lost a customer of over ten years because you’re trying to save a dime. The quality of your product tells the whole story.

For a great wraps I’d give it a 5 star, but since its just great wraps I’ll only give it a 3. It is mall food after all. I’ve been eating lunch at this great wraps once a week or so the past 5 years. I like the variety there. The food quality is always consitantly good. I’ve never ordered something I didn’t like. They will even change things up for me if I want my order a little custom. They don’t have ranch dressing, but the tzatziki sauce is pretty good, a little bland but goes nicely with their fries. Ooo, and the cool part is they have a season bar for the fries. You can make them taste however you want.

A while ago Great Wraps changed the way they make gyros, they went from slicing off meat from the spit and placing it on a grill for a little bit to heat it up along with a pita, but now they are preparing the meat ahead of time and letting it sit in a steam table until someone orders it.
This was my last visit to Great Wraps unless they change this and go back to preparing each gyro fresh.
