stay away from this guy. very bad customer service. the company did 3 repairs of the same unit and rejected to proceed with further repairs.

Honest. Reliable. Cares about the customer! Service times are reasonable. Cost effective. I person responded within hours to look into the problem with air conditioning unit and fix it promptly. Charges were very reasonable.

Joel provided excellent service! Our upstairs AC went out so I put in a service request with my home warranty company around noon. He came out THE SAME DAY around 6pm. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and told me exactly what was and was not covered. We had a Nest that was having issues — he let me know he wasn’t authorized to repair that thru my warranty but was able to replace it with a nice Honeywell thermostat. Our AC is back up and running!

Would give NO stars if we could. Argumentative, rude, abrasive. Swore up and down nothing was wrong with our air conditioner, but now it is spewing black moldy water from the attic unit in the attic down to the air return, staining the ceiling and bedding.

Joel and his company are fabulous! He returned my call on a Sunday to set up an appointment and explained in clear terms everything that was wrong. New HVAC units installed as promised and showed me everything. I will be using them for all my future appliances. Extremely honest, trust worthy and reasonable prices. Would refer this company to anyone.

We have a home warranty on our new home and they sent this company out to fix our ac when it stopped working. He came out right away/​on time and we were happy with the work and honesty. When our second system started acting up and not working we requested we have the same guy. Very trust worthy and explains everything to you. Love that I know it’s not just fixed, but I know exactly what was wrong, and how it was fixed. We still own our old home, so when we needed work done on that unit, it was no question about who to call. Great company!!! Highly recommend them.

Top notch local business. My 30 year old system finally went belly up and I needed a full replacement. Joel Garcia, General Manager, was excellent to work with. Informative, helpful and never tried to upsell the replacement system. Their prices are competitive and much more affordable then the big boys in town. Excellent customer service, his colleague replaced the system, took away the old system and cleaned up both the outside area and garage area where they worked. I couldn’t ask for a better experience with this installation.
