Only reason this place get 2 stars because my server was super nice. (Sierra) she did everything in her power make sure we was comfortable. We got there at 6:45. Plenty of time to eat and watch a movie. We get there and put in our order. We talking we realized people coming in and put in there order and ate and left. So I ask for the manager. My server went to him and pointed at us. It still took about 20 mins b4 he came over to talk to us. B4 I can tell him what was wrong he cut me off. Saying sir I’m a little behind you have your meal momentarily. We finally get our food close to nine. Miss our movie. I love hooters wings but that treatment I’ll take my money to wild wings instead. I didn’t get the manager name. But he is middle age with black and grey hair.

Horrible! Food was cold and disgusting. Service was horrible. Will not return! Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I feel I contracted an STD just by going in the bathroom. NASTY!!!

We waited for 45 minutes until they told us our food wasn’t cooked yet. Really, service people.

Ok, so thought would give it another try. Slow service passing off house drinks as top shelf. I know it’s Christmas eve but come on. Manager says nothing’s about waitress sitting at top playing on her phone why customers waiting. But they sure are yellling one hour to go. And by the way I. Asked for, orginal chicken salad they served me a grease ball sandwich. And the drinks 3’s told lines and three times sent with lemon. 15 people in here but had service way to go Hooters.

Fantastic time at Hooters of Lawrenceville. Brittany D, Brooke and Taylor provided me with expedient and friendly service. Very enjoyable, and an awesome place to come watch sports! I highly recommend it and those beautiful ladies!

Let me first say that my food was good and everything that I ordered walks correct. However the name of the restaurant is Hooters and they didn’t display that tonight. All there was were very bad weaves (sorry ladies) hair not brushed and one young lady walking around screaming for no reason. I mean it’s Hooters it was loud it was fun but where are the cuties with the tooties & the booties. Definitely not here! Great food!

I got here all the time. Food is great. Service is always fast, even when they are busy. The staff are friendly and very nice. Love this location!

I’ve been to this location a few times. I’ve never had any problems with their food before. I ordered the nachos with extra chili. I received extra meat more like a hamburger cut up and added. Some looked like it had very little chili sauce on it but the rest was just a chopped up hamburger. To my surprise it was good though. I also ordered the kids meal with 5 wings & tots. The wings were larger than usual. Some may like that but it scares me when the wings are too large. So that threw me first. Then I saw all the grease at the bottom of the container. The wings were also very greasy. The grease just dripped from the wings when I squeezed it. I couldn’t believe they thought that was okay. Other than that mom’s food was good. She had no complaints. Just be warned about the greasy chicken.

WHY didn’t we listen to the reviews below? We frequent this location bc it is convenient.
We placed our to go order, took it home only to find the Daytona chicken was not cooked all the way through. My fiancé thought it was just a few pieces so he kept eating only to find a piece of HAIR on another wing! OMG never again would we eat from here!

Great service ask for Brittany. The wings are hot and fresh. The crab legs are delicious. My favorite Hooters

Sunday 2÷15÷15 9:15pm
This was my second visit. Before going I read all the bad reviews on service but still decided to go because it’s one of the only wing joints open after 9 on a Sunday night in this area. We waited about 3 min before someone came and said I’ll be with you soon. Another 4 mins before being seated. Ours seats look like we were in time out from the rest of the patrons. Just one table on that side next to the smoker door and under the tv. Apparently this was only waiter that could take us as there were better tables available to sit.
We asked the waiter questions about certain items on the menu, she had no idea. Didn’t know the menu at all. We ordered appetizer lots of tots fries editions with bacon on the side. Entries were hot breaded wings and buffalo chicken sandwich and a drink. Drink came and the waiter was hoping around begging me to try it stating it was her first time making it. It was ok. After 30mins the appetizer came with bacon. My husband doesn’t eat pork but I do. Waiter came right over Britney dingy type of girl. Said she forgot she would bring me a new order. 15 mins later the food came out (45min) food taste decent, I’ve had better wings. Mines wasn’t sauced all the way. Several area were dry just the fried chicken. My husband asked for ranch for his buffalo chicken sandwich and was told it would be .89 cent. He said that’s fine. When she brought the sauce it was half full of the already small container. So of course I mentioned it. Every time we needed our waitress she was found sitting, talking at another table. The appetizer came out on our last bite of food. We picked over it paid the check and left.
My first visit about a month earlier on a Wednesday night. Took a hour for the food which was delicious.
Service and timing on food is this location worst problem.

I’m a former Hooter’s girl, that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars or else they would get none if possible. I expect to be served and treated the way I was taught from Hooters. This one sucks in almost every aspect. Orders are always wrong. Girls don’t know their menus or the 10 steps of service. The girls just aren’t that attractive either. Get it together Hooters!

$ 11 for 10 tiny burnt wings. Yep, they were satisfied with selling these burnt wings because luckily it was to go so they won’t even know the wings are burnt until they get home. If only I was the one to pick up these wings I would have known to open it with how light the damn box was and I definitely would have demanded a refund. This place is only good for its girls but none of them are pleasant to be served by or have a body to admire. (Personal opinion of course but seriously, those wings were burnt.)

I’ve been here more times that I would care to count. The location is convenient to our apartment and wings aren’t that hard to mess up so I keep going. Then men’s bathroom is ALWAYS horrible. Piss on the floor and the smell is disgusting. One of the sinks hasn’t worked for at least a year. On this particular instance I wasn’t paying attention to the floor but reading the newspaper on the bathroom wall. I didn’t notice the large puddle of piss on the floor and almost fell and busted my behind. No wet floor sign was out. Major safety hazard. Let the manager know but she didn’t seem to care. Service is sub par on most occasions. It’s not uncommon to wait at least 45 mins to an hour for your food. If you sit at the bar you usually get better service, every other time I’ve sat in a booth it’s been hit or miss. If you love hooters and don’t mind the smell of piss when you go to the men’s room then by all means. Hard to believe they picked this hooters to film the movie blended. Caveat emptor!

Went for the veterans day special, stayed because it took an hour to get our food. I was so disappointed. We were there for a total of 2 hours. When we finally got our food they forgot my husbands fries, so they had to run back and get them. We would have been better off without them. They were cold and dry. I’m pretty sure our waitress forgot to ring in our food because other people had ordered and gotten their food. The manager comped part of the meal which is why I left 2 stars instead of 1. Still, I won’t go back.

Wow! The reviews here are all pretty real. I don’t know whats going on with Hooters. After having a really bad experience at the Hooters in Duluth, I was hoping this one would be better. Nope! They are all the same. Really bad customer service. I really want to like Hooters but it seems like time after time, its all the same. How did they mess up on chicken wings? Ordered 20 breaded chipotle honey bbq chicken wings, instead got 10 naked spicy as heck 911 flavored chicken wings. Took over 30 minutes for the correct order to come out. And when the correct order did finally come out, there was hardly any sauce on my chicken wings. Some pieces weren’t even covered in any sauce. Ordered a Pink Passion drink, instead got a pineapple juice with Malibu rum. Waitress never refilled the water, she was rushing us and had an attitude because she had to leave. A friend ordered fried pickles for appetizers and that never came out til after eating our main courses. What is up with Hooters yal?! Come on!!! Wtf?! I don’t know if ill be back. Bad service. Food is just «ok».

This was my first experience at Hooters, and I gotta say, I left pretty disappointed. The place was pretty empty on the inside, as well as the outside patio. Since the weather was nice, we sat outside. Big mistake. We were the only people sitting outside and it took someone 10 minutes to come just to get our drink order. We decided since it took that long to get that done, we should order our meal at the same time to avoid another long wait. I got the mango tea which was actually really yummy! It was light and frothy like a beer, and not overly sweet. I ordered the cajun breaded wings, and my hubby ordered the Double D burger. That name, LOL. Food was ok, but probably won’t go back again because of the slow service. It took forever to get our food, and I overheard our server tell one of the other servers to go «check on my wings». Ummm, isn’t that YOUR job? What am I tipping you for? Its funny, when I saw Undercover Boss when the old CEO was in charge, I got the sense that service was a priority in these restaurants. But I guess when he «flew the coop» no pun intended, he took that good service with him to Twin Peaks. Oh well. Should have eaten here before 2011!

I’m so glad that I haven’t gone back to Hooters in many years & most likely will never come back to Hooters again especially to this location. I was reluctant to join some friends at Hooters and in hindsight, I should’ve stayed away… our dinner here was just horrible. It’s unfortunate because the servers here were actually really nice and pretty; the cooks were the problem: they did not care if customers get their food. We sat at a table where we can see the kitchen and while we’re waiting close to an hour for some wings orders, the cooks just stood around doing nothing but chatting. We finally got our orders one by one, but my bf’s food never came out until right when we’re about to leave. The excuse we got was «our kitchen was backed up», which is complete BS but what were they supposed to say… «our cooks didn’t feel like preparing your food»? lol ridiculous. The worst part is the wings were just ok. If we weren’t too busy catching up with friends, I would’ve left already.

Food
$ 6.50 for fried pickles. We weren’t hungry and only came here to watch a fight. So I ordered the cheapest appitezer that wasn’t a dip. Fried pickes were way too salty. They were exceptionally hot when they came out but they took way too long to cook. The fight was actually over once we got the appetizer.
Décor
It’s like any other Hooters. Skinny girls in skimpy outfits. Surprise.
Service
We were sat at a table that wasn’t facing the TV of the fight. The waitress got upset when we asked for another table closer to the TV. The new waitress barely checked on us and didn’t give us utensils when my friend and I decided to share a desert.
Would I come here again
Not this location. I’ll go to Hooters when they have wing speicals. The other locations had friendlier service.

If you’ve never been to a hooters… please go. That being said, i’ve never really enjoyed the food here. It’s more of a sightseeing adventure, if you know what i mean.
