Odd little place. I ordered a bulgogi sandwich. Was asked if I wanted white or wheat — and I made the mistake of assuming that it was on a roll — so I chose wheat. It actually came out on wheat sliced bread(albeit very fresh). The meat was cooked well and flavorful. The Fries were basic, despite appearing to be dusted with seasoning salt. Also, I could have done without the hair in my fries(see picture). They have sign saying that if you check in on Facebook or Unilocal — they will give you a free drink. I just paid for the combo. Prices were reasonable(about $ 9 for everything).

Great Philly steak. Wings were way too salty as were the fries. The rest of the menu looks pretty good though.

The Bibim-bap was so good and was recommended by the owner. There’s a variety of choices from wings, burgers and fish. Super friendly staff.

Their Philly cheese steak is the BEST! They have lunch special which includes french fries and a drink. Their food is so good that I am very excited for finding this place. Must try this place. It is more than worth it!

This is a new shop in the Publix shopping center. I had the Philly cheesesteak. It was nice. Flavorful. Generously filled with meat & cheese. But overall, it was kind of small and left me hungry. If the portions were 20% larger, I would visit more often. They also have burgers, fried rice, etc — run by friendly staff, hope they do well.

Delicious! I’m always in my car and my biggest challenge is finding something fairly healthy to eat. The bimbopity boom bop(not real name) was very satisfying. Rice, chicken, veg, fried egg. Very tasty but best part was a didn’t cry from shame after I ate it. The sandwich’s looked great but I’m trying not to be fat anymore.

First few times I had the buffalo chicken tenders and they are seriously the best I’ve had. Now I’m hooked on the wings. I mean seriously SO good!!! I could eat here everyday. Everything is made fresh and tastes great. Portion sizes are great especially if you’re sharing

I love a good Sandwich. Fortunately Rich Wich delivers, although ironically it was the wings that a friend recommended me to try(that’ll have to be next time). I ended up trying their Philly steak, which comes topped with Lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper and cheese on a hoagie roll for $ 6.40. I removed their tomato and lettuce toppings but threw on a side of fries and a soda for their combo($ 7.98 after tax). The fries were tasty, crispy, not greasy at all and there’s an area next to their sodas where you can season them with either season salt, regular salt, or lemon/pepper seasoning if you’re into that. The Philly was LOADED with cheese, and the sandwich was piping hot… seriously, you can’t immediately take a bite of this thing until it cools down. The steak was sliced thinly, chopped and pretty tender. I did wish there were more in the way of peppers and onions, and their hoagie roll wasn’t as firm as i’d like, but overall, solid sandwich. Customer service is really friendly, often giving a big Welcome! from everyone when you walk in the door, and because it’s a fairly new store, everything is pretty clean and organized. Rich Wich is located in the Strip that houses Publix and other restaurants, so parking is never an issue, neither is getting in or getting out. In all honesty, this rating is really more of a 3.5 in terms of flavor, but customer service, variety, and bang for your buck(serving sizes are pretty huge) bump them up to 4 stars for me.

Great wings! Always cooked to perfection. They fall off the bone effortlessly. The bibimbap and philly sandwiches are amazing as well. I am not a fan of fish so I have not tried the fish plates. I have heard good things only. Awesome place to have a quick and cheap lunch.

One visit, but that was a very pleasant surprise. I tried the Philly with fries. Generous portions, fresh, good ingredients from what I could see. They are fairly new and I went late in the afternoon so it was slow, but they definitely earned a return visit. I am looking forward to checking out the Gyro and fish and chips, both look like tasty options for the area. The lady behind the counter was pleasant and patient, smiling the entire time I was there, a nice change from the usual grumpy service one increasingly is subjected to these days. recommended.
