Pretty cool that I can use my Kroger Plus Card to save on gas any participating Shell station like this one. For every 100 points earned at Kroger, save 10¢ per gallon at Shell. Maximum of 35 gallons of fuel per purchase though. Every time I’m here, all the pumps are in working condition. The store attendant is friendly and would not mind showing me where the wash room is located when I needed it. If you come here in the evenings, this Shell station is brightly lit up. In addition, it is always clean and neat at the pump area and inside the store.
As a smart consumer, I wanted to maximize the savings especially when gas prices are constantly rising. Shell has several options to save.
1. Fuel Reward Network Program.
Just shop with participating Shell stations, grocery stores, retailers, restaurants and online merchants to earn Fuel Rewards savings, redeemable at participating Shell stations. It is really easy to request a FREE Fuel Rewards Network Card online or pick one up at any participating Shell station. Sign up for the Fuel Rewards Network program and lower your fuel price with everyday purchases.
2. Grocery Rewards Program.
Shell is partnering with the country’s top grocers to bring us instant savings on quality Shell Nitrogen Enriched Gasoline. Points earned on our grocery loyalty card translate into instant savings at the pump! 100 points saves you 10¢ a gallon or more. Some of the participating grocery stores are Kroger, Bi-​Lo, Ralphs, Winn-​Dixie, QFC, Lucky, Save Mart Supermarkets, Shop & Stop, Rainbow, etc. As you can see above, Kroger is my grocery store I can save with.
3. Shell Payment Cards
Regardless of your payment preference, income, and lifestyle, Shell has several card options. They can be in the form of gift cards, refillable cards, credit cards and the Shell Saver Card which is like a debit card. Many of the cards also have a built in savings component to help lower the cost of driving without lowering the quality of our fuel choice.
Bright lights at a gas station always attract me like the bug on a light post. Now you know the many reasons to like Shell and that is why I come here often. I may not always go inside the store but I am here! Shell makes it easy to pay at the pump.
