This is the great coffee I ever have before. Thanks my best friend bring me the start buck. I like it

I would’ve easily given this five stars the baristas here were friendly and efficient and they had a great selection of juices, sandwiches and snacks. My issue? There were a couple of employees sitting at tables among the patrons and they were working, making phone calls and talking loudly to each other the entire hour I was there. Back and forth, echoing through the dining room. It was irritating; I was trying to work but I would get distracted by their detailed stories and constant laughing — it totally killed the vibe of the chill, peaceful work zone I was looking for to get a few things done. I would even give them four stars… but one of the employees was a manager. I’d expect this from younger folks who don’t know better, but…

This was my first time at this location. I loved the atmosphere of the lobby! It was very clean too! The barista on the bar, her name was Sarah, I think, made the best drink i think I’ve ever had from Starbucks. The other baristas were nice, but not as upbeat and friendly. I will definitely go back, and ask for Sarah to make my drink every time! Try the Salted caramel white mocha (3 white mocha, and 2 toffee nut.) its so yummy!

I love this location, it has been my Starbucks since 2009! The baristas are always kind and willing to help! This store has had a wonderful transition over the last year.

Today I thought I would try something new. I misunderstood the batista and instead of a hot drink I got a cold drink. The barista was very nice, took the time to listen to what I wanted in the drink and made a new one.

Best Starbucks on this side of town!!! Nice Baristas and very clean bathrooms and shop! Always a welcoming feeling.

This is a standard Starbucks set up in a strip mall but it’s «my» location since I’m here quite a bit. The staff is friendly and super helpful. There’s plenty of parking and ample outside seating if that’s your thing.

I go to this location several times a week, yes I have a problem lol, and the staff is always super nice and all make my drink perfectly! Two thumbs up!

I go to Starbucks a lot and their customer service is amazing at this place. I had a coupon and the guy or manager ask me to show it to him and he didn’t recognize it but he still let me use it which is really nice and it was through Unilocal

Not the biggest starbucks fan, but this location is super close to home, fairly clean and fast in the morning, so I visit every so often.
I do like that starbucks serves black tea, because it’s hard to find in the morning when you don’t want coffee.
It shares space with a little strip of other restaurants, has a couple of ways to enter and exit the shared parking area, as well as the store itself. Never had an issue with customer service, and while i’ve never used their outdoor seating, it’s there.
Quick, convenient, and there when I need it. Sounds like a winner to me

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for YEARS! I especially remember during nursing school, this starbucks was the most convenient on my way to class and it was open in the morning so the early-​shift barista always knew my order when I walked in. I think I was in and out in under 2 minutes. Saved a lot of time when I was already running late! This starbucks has a bunch of tables. Only a couple of outlets, so that can be a downside if you need one. They have a couch which is comfortable for studying too and they have outdoor seating which is nice in warm weather. Baristas are awesome. Service is awesome. Drinks are consistent. Conveniently located right next to QT for gas needs, and there is a thai restaurant called «Lotus» in the same complex, but I have only been to that restaurant once.

So I was here with my 10 yr old daughter. It was quiet, even though there was music playing. I was not pleased to hear the barista (Allison) using profanity (sh#!) while talking to a .im guessing a co worker, maybe a manager as he disappeared in the back eventually, .they continued to talk about thier personal finances with another barista all the while using the word «crap» every other word. While this alone would not stop me from coming here, they should watch this. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I cannot for the life of me remember her name but the sweet blonde woman who made my birthday drink towards the night time was absolutely wonderful! She made the drink exactly how I wanted and wrote a cute little note on the cup. Thank you so much if you see this!

So how can the coffee shop to get a bad review.
They have everything from sweet drinks to bitter. My choice is better I usually get a grande café americano with no sugar no milk. The staff is always friendly and nice if you go there more than two to three times they will always remember your name I am greeted personally when I walk in. The staff always says hello Chris good morning how are you. I love going where they know your name A+

Pretty standard Starbucks. The staff seems fairly friendly overall but the girl that is always on the register when I come in isn’t friendly at all. She rarely ever says a word except to tell you your total. The sugar/​creamer counter is dirty more often than it should be. They could do a better job keeping the place clean but it isn’t terrible either.
On the plus side this location isn’t too busy and its generally pretty easy to find a good seat with a power outlet and my drinks are always good.

This is my second time at this particular Starbucks & I’m pleased that the service, employees & my coffee were consistent. Friendly employees and quick service is the name of the game.
It is quite small & while they do have outdoor seating, both my visits at night didn’t allow for outdoor seating. Therefore, trying to visit with my friend & have a normal conversation is kind of hard.
Parking is plentiful.

The crew here is very sweet and generous and they have a good knowledge of what they’re serving. (This coming from a former barista.)
My only concern for this quant little coffee shop in the indoor seating. The chairs in this particular Starbucks are really very uncomfortable, which is of concern to those like myself who are going to have a drink and a conversation.
That being said, my concern is only minor and therefore doesn’t affect my scoring of this coffee shop. It’s just a thought to consider if you’re trying to sit for a while.

On our way home from Lawrenceville on a Sunday afternoon, my sister, Yoomee H., and I were in the mood for either boba or Starbucks. I left the decision up to my sister, who ultimately chose Starbucks. Since she had a gift card, she was going to treat me to whatever I wanted there. =)
We were just stopping by to get our drinks to go, so I didn’t pay too much attention to the inside. I would say it’s a decent-​sized Starbucks — not too small, but not large. Additionally, this was one of the least busy Starbucks coffee shops I had been to in a while. It was fairly quiet and seemed to be a good environment for studying.
Although I could have ordered ANYTHING (teehee), I still chose my usual — a tall Iced Caramel Macchiato. I have to admit, my *dumb* phone is super slow, but the barista was done making my drink before I was even able to check in through the Unilocal app!
Initially, I was very impressed at how quickly my drink was made. However, after stirring the Iced Caramel Macchiato with a straw and taking my first sip, I knew it wasn’t good. I took a couple more sips and even let my sister try to see if I was losing it. I thought that it was bitter (tasted like «burnt» coffee) and hardly sweet. She agreed and confirmed that I wasn’t crazy.
I have NEVER done this before, but I told the barista that I wasn’t happy with my drink. With zero hesitation, the barista asked me if I would like for her to re-​make it and assured me that it would not be a problem. Less than a minute later, my new drink was ready. I immediately noticed that she put a LOT more caramel in it this time. After stirring and sipping it, I realized that my first drink was lacking enough caramel. It tasted great this time! Yes, it probably contained twice the regular amount of calories in an Iced Caramel Macchiato, but it was yummy. I thanked the barista and we were quickly on our way home.
Overall, this Starbucks gets 4.5 stars for their super quick and friendly service. I had to dock 0.5 a star because the barista didn’t make my drink up to par the first time. Practice makes perfect, and perhaps the barista was still learning? Who knows. Anyway, if this Starbucks was close to my house, I would definitely return. Unfortunately, it’s out of the way, so I would go back if I happen to be in the area again.
