I was told you have to submit an application and schedule an appointment before anyone at this agency will even talk to you. So, I submitted an application and called the next day to schedule an appoint. I was told that they did not have an application and that one of their staff probably reviewed it and since it did not match any employers needs that day it was deleted. WTF!!! I asked, «Don’t you keep the apps just in case there is a match and was told NO! What kind of crap is this! That is bad business! No wonder they are such a small business! Who does that!
