Host sat my girlfriend and I on a clean table but the floor was dirty with used napkins, crayons, and food particles. Host also forgot to give us eating utensils. Waitress was nice, but never noticed we were missing utensils. I asked her but she either didn’t hear me or forgot. I ended up getting up and finding some. As for the food it was good. Probably will not be returning.

Horrendous customer service and mediocre food. The last two times I visited this restaurant convinced me never to eat here ever again. Besides routinely screwing up orders, this restaurant probably has the most inattentive waitresses I’ve ever seen.

My wife and I went on a Thursday afternoon right after he lunch rush. We so had our 8 month old with us. When we walked in, it wasn’t super busy but obviously it had been. Here’s the good:
–the waitress was very nice
–the fold was delicious
–the price was what we expected
Now for the bad
–the service took forever, despite there being 5 people on the floor (including the bartender) for the 11 tables that were occupied
–the high chair they gave us almost fell apart when I tried to pull it close to put my child in. The bolts were super loose (they did apologize and bring us a new one right away)
–it took some pretty intense signaling on my part to get the waitress’ attention
Overall wasn’t a terrible experience but it could have been way better.

Second times the charm. First time i ordered a beer with my appetizer and it came with the check. Wtf right? Nope second time i call in an order and the fuckers missed a whole order. Mines of course, on a good note my kids order was good. I highly recommend you avoid the establishment as i will. Good thing chili’s is down the block

The bartender is always moody but the service in the dining area is good for the most part. Other then that the food is very good. Their Cowboy burger and bacon cheese burger are one of my favorites. I also absolutely love the Oriental chicken salad. The dressing is so addicting! Oh and they serve a huge $ 3.00 margarita that is really good as well. These are usually the only things I will order at Applebees.
The few things I’ve tried that I don’t really care for are:
The buffalo wings are too salty!
The steak is ok. Not a very good cut of meat.
The chicken alfredo is not good at all. It was bland, barely alfredo sauce and the consistency was watery. Pretty much all of their pastas suck. (at least the ones I’ve tried).
The orange chicken is soggy and drenched in sauce.

I got a great deal on gift cards right before Christmas. Buy $ 50 in gift cards and receive a $ 10 bonus card. Outstanding deal when you have a lot of people left to buy for or if you just spend a decent amount of money at Applebee’s!
On the two occasions I have eaten here, the service and food were great. I like that you can sit down, relax and dine or come in w/a few friends to the bar, watch a game and grab a few drinks. They also have karaōke every Saturday nite!

Jason was the waiter and had to keep making excuses for the cooks. Don’t get the steak, multiple complaints. Waiting staff works hard but everyone else subpar. The bus boy Cameron is a douche bag and not at all a team player. It’s my opinion that he should be fired.
