Horrible, that’s the only way to put it. Service is slower than slow. I ordered a $ 5 fill up and it took so long to get my food that 4 out of the 5 people behind me in line just left without even ordering. The food was average at best. Do yourself a favor, if you really want KFC or Taco Bell, just save time and frustration by driving to the other side of Lawton. You could at least have food in under 15 minutes.

Ok we went here around 8 tonight, my hubs wanted tacos and bean burritos, I decided to get the kfc, knock out the dinner situation! Well my chicken strips were really dry, some bites were hard, I had to spit out some due to who wants to choke on dried up chicken right? Then the biscuit… haha was a joke! I just gave it to the trash! I’m sure he is hungry ! Now my hubby’s tacos were good but the bean burritos were dry! Have you every warmed up refried beans to long and they get that texture like mud that dried up? That’s what his burritos were like no joke… Maybe I’m just a bad cook about the refried beans but I didn’t expect a fast food place to be one also! I gave them two stars bc the lady at the drive thur was nice and also I recieved two cookies instead of one? Since the other kfc didn’t give me any at all! See review on kfc cache rd…

Every time I come to this restaurant I have to wait way to long for my food. It took me 15 minutes to get a simple three piece order and the place was empty of other customers except one table with two men at it. They didn’t even apologize for the wait.
