Ok, so I bring in my old ps3 and xbox 360, and I have them both in a bag. So the employe checking me out turns to the other employe and whispers «oh god he’s got a bag» as if I couldn’t hear him. The whole time I was there he had a goofy smirk on his face like he thought I was an idiot or something. I’ve never felt so shunned as a customer before it made me sick to my stomach. Needless to say I’m never going back to this gamestop.

My son bought a game at this store. At the time he told the clerk that he thought a more advanced version of the game was on sale for the same price on the website but the clerk told him that it was not on sale, it cost twice as much as the lower level version. When he got home, my son looked it up and found that he was correct. We Just called this store and they won’t exchange it because he had opened the box. Their excuse as to why it happened is that, «it was Black Friday and we had a lot of new employees.» Bad customer service.
