This place isn’t going to last long. The first thing that was unprofessional was the first time I called, he answered the call on speaker phone. For some, that’s not a big deal but if you’re running a business this isn’t very professional. I’m assuming the owner answered the phone when I called. I told him that I wanted a membership, he said, «OK» and then there was awkward silence. I expected a response like, «Great, which membership would you like?» or something like that. After I told him which which membership I wanted he just say’s, «OK». At this point I’m starting to feel like he doesn’t want my business and that I’m bothering him. I then told him that I would like to rent the cage every day on Mondays at 5pm. He again say’s, «OK». I then had to ask if that day and time was available. He stated it was. I said I would like to rent it on those days so my son and his batting/pitching coach had a place to use at a set time and day. He then put the brakes on and said that I can’t do that. I asked why and he said that they have their own instructors and want me to use them. I told him that I’m not wanting to do that and my son has been using the same guy for over 3yrs. He refused. I wonder what he does when a team once to use the batting cages. Is the coach not allowed to instruct his kids? If this continues, I don’t see this place being around for much longer and he just lost a membership for the entire Spring season.

No softball machines here. They supposedly do softball hitting lessons but have not one softball in the facility as of this date. Monthly membership that includes an hour cage rental but cannot be used for personal hitting instruction. For that you have to pay an additional $ 70 and use their instructors. Nothing wrong with any of the aforementioned, just know what you are getting into.

Sportsmanship is the last thing your child learn. I have never seen a group of men(specifically one of the owners Lance) who teaches cheats and intimidation tactics. I would rather have my son miss a few balls than be screamed at by these men.
