She does a really good job. I typically just take pants to be hemmed but I did have a dress’s waistband shortened so she does do some more complicated stuff. Only complaint is that she runs down to the wire. On said dress, it arrived in the mail 8 days before the date I was going to wear it and took it to her first thing the next day, which should have been enough time, since she has a 7 day policy. I arrived about an hour after she opened in the morning and was told the dress wasn’t ready and that I hadn’t left her a number to reach me (I’m sure I had). Anyway, I was wearing it to a wedding that evening so I was getting a bit stressed out. She told me it would be ready at 2. It was so I can’t really complain on that front. But I’ve had to return later in the afternoon on more than 1 occasion. She does have good prices though. Having the dress rebuilt was only $ 35 and the quality was very good. My advice is don’t take things in that NEED to be done in 7 days, give yourself an extra day for cushion if you can, then you won’t make extra trips.
