Horrible customer service!!! I have never been treated the way I was in the United States. I am picky about my mani and pedi. I’d rather stay a little longer and get the service that I’m paying for. And I would rather pay a little more for the best results and best costumer service…
I don’t remember names, but I specifically asked for a person that is really good at cleaning cuticles, I was told that they all are great (which is never the case anywhere), and had a young girl do my medi. When she was done, on one of my hands the color looked horrible, because when we switched the color, she was too lazy to clean my nails properly. It looked as if no work was done to the cuticles. So I came up to her to show her how my left hand looked and her mother jumped in (her mother works there too), started yelling in their native language right in front of me. I think she was swearing at me in their native language. I didn’t say anything bad, all I asked of the daughter that she’d re-​do my left hand and get some cuticles out. So the mom grabbed my hands, started re-​doing both of my hands. I told her that there’s no need for the drama, I just need one hand redone and that I’d pay for the extra time. When she started picking my cuticles, she cut my fingers! It hurt! My hands were bleeding when I got home! How much hate she must have had for me to do that to me…
At the end, the color on my hands looked great, but my hands hurt. When I got home, all my fingers were bleeding. And on top of that all, I still left a $ 10 tip for mom and a $ 10 tip for daughter because I do value a professional time. But what mom has done and how she handled the situation was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Her daughter and I would have worked everything out peacefully, but the mom turned it into a huge dramatic play…
I’m planning on reporting them to the DBPR.

I won’t go anywhere else. Kim and Tony run a great salon. Friendly staff. Clean place. New massage chairs. I’ve been coming here for pedicures and acrylic nails for years. I have never had anything but a great and relaxing experience.

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. I’m extremely picky. I get many compliments on my nails.

Terrible service and questionable cleaning practices. I stopped in for a «quick» mani and pedi. They said they’d do the pedi first and started the tub. I sat there for almost 45 minutes! It would have been better if they said there was a wait with an estimate of how long so I could decide to wait or not. They finally came up and said «5 more minutes.» When I gave the woman a look and said «only 5?» she just shrugged. No apologies for the excessive wait.
When she finally started the pedi, I had to ASK for new and CLEAN tools. She had dirty ones in her hand until I asked if they’d been used in other people. The actual pedi took much longer than it should have, but she (Kim) did a good job. I spent so much time there and was so frustrated for the lack of customer service I left without a mani.

Id give this place zero stars if I could! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came in yesterday to get a pedi and a fill and I didn’t like the nail polish I picked for my toes, the lady said she was to busy to fix it, she never put two coats on or a top coat! Then I waited 45 minutes to get a full and the guy (Tony, I think) was so nervous about the people coming in the he burned me, wasn’t listening when I told him I didn’t like pink/​white fill — HE DID IT ANYWAY!!! I told him to stop and he continued on!!! My nails are a hot mess so thanks to him, I have to get them soaked off and put a new set on!!! Then he tried charging me WAY over!!! SCREW THIS PLACE! ITS TRASH!!!

I took my 91 yr old Mom there for her first manicure/​pedicure. They treated her like a queen! She loved as did I. The service was great and the cost very reasonable. We’ll be back!

Came here for a Medi & Pedi, great friendly service, they had me In and Out in no time! Store is clean and tempature is perfect, they have the air conditioning on, its a very relaxing feel inside.
