Michael Kors

Nice clearance selection. Few larger sizes mostly xxs. Attentive sales associates. I wish they would have pulled some items for me while in the fitting room. What you would expect from the brand at 40%-75% off.

We are an humble immigrant couple. We went in this store to buy some items. We spent a large amount of money. Sometimes when you purchase for other people we encounter some changes.
We tried to return some purses. One salesperson wasn t nice and was very fresh, even raising his voice.
We ask if the store it s his property.

Their customer service is pathetic and blatantly rude. I was there for over 10 min before anyone ask to help me and only after I was ignored 3 times. I get that you cell higher end handbags but you can treat average looking people as though they deserve to be respected.

The customer service provided here degrades the brand. As much as people pay to buy the product, I would expect to receive at least a decent customer service response when I am not happy about my product. I bought a bag not even a year ago (still under warranty) the bag had a rose plate as a handle and it was tarnished /​showing oxidation, rust. When I brought it back to the Michael Kors’ store, immediately was rejected by the first sales associate, and the issue was passed on to another person who supposedly was a manager. She did not help resolve any issues nor suggested an alternative but rather gave push back comments and repeatedly told me they were scratches and therefore is not covered under warranty. I quote «These are scratches, they are just black and different colors because it was scratched through the layers of this». A scratch is a scratch, tarnish is tarnish. I used the bag twice for an event that lasted about two hours and then it was placed in my closet for about 4 months. I guess during that two hours of usage, I must have been tough on the item that I scratched this rose plate so hard it went into the original material which is black, if that is the case then this material is cheap and I definitely paid a lot of money for a cheap material.
After arguing with the manager for a while, she push my problems to someone who was next to her, who then pointed out my information was in the system but it did not showed that I bought this item at their particular store. Followed by comments such as «we actually do not participate in the warranty system at this store» and without a receipt I cannot help you, as she pointed to the warranty sign placed in her store. I don’t need someone to point to me a sign, why don’t you state your policy and then show it instead of telling customers, here read this. And how does a MICHAEL KORS STORE not participate in a warranty system that is universal to the brand but has a sign for it?
Nothing positive was said back to me. This store itself gave me several reasons to not spend my money on MK products.

The only 5 star review is from someone who lost and found their money in the store.
OK so I buy MK bags from Macys and outlets. Last week I took my bag back to return/​exchange .the saleswoman said she ll get the manager. it took 20 mnts for the manager to come out .she was busy with some ‘paperwork’ as I waited patiently. When she finally came out. she simply refused to exchange the bag because ’30 days’ were up a day before. I went there on the 31^st day. Seriously ?? She was rude and patronizing.
I agree with other reviewers that these sales women & their manager are snobs and rude. We do see a nice/​helpful saleswoman once in a while but its pretty rare. Customer service at this location sucks !! For the money we spend here. we’d expect some minimal courtesy. but nopes it isn’t there !!
Collection out here isn’t so great either. Will never go there again!
Macys has stellar customer service and a good collection too.

Fantastic prices on Michael Kors clothing. I personally don’t like his handbags, but his clothing is always fresh and different. Remember, this is not cheap — but incredibly better prices than regular retail shops or boutiques.
This is a must visit when you’re in the area. There are plenty of great outlets in this mall, but you should make sure to check out this one! Score on leather belt and cashmere dress. Worth a look.

Beware Shoppers… I bought 2 handbags from the outlet store last Saturday Oct 28^th, the saleswoman said you have 21 days to return. I go in today to return one of the bag and the lady at the register who happens to be the supervisor tells me that I can return it for a exchange or store credit but no full refund and it says that on the receipt.
I was like shouldn’t you be saying that before we buy it and you hand out the receipt? Because at that point after you see it on the receipt you are stuck… with a store credit or exchange.
I asked the lady as to why they don’t have signs anywhere that explains their return policy and she pointed me to a really small microscopic sign near the register. I was like Common Now… who reads this? Don’t you have to explain it every time a customer buys something? After all I spent $ 483 for a total of 2 bags and what if the bag was damaged and they didn’t have a similar one? Then you are stuck… Mind you this is a outlet…
So without giving up, I ask her… Can i use your store credit online? She says,” No!!!“
However she generously said I could use it at another MK Outlet or at Tysons …
I gave my two cents to her and asked her to re train this associate who just said you can return it within 21 days but conveniently forgot to tell me about the store credit or exchange.
As big as a brand MK is who would think they have such an outrageous return policy?
I ended up returning both the bags today and got a Store credit for $ 483 which I am not sure when I will use…
Oh by the way the Store Credit never expires… as the sales associate said!!!

I have been to Michael Kors with the wife — she is into this brand. I like their stuff too (on her).
The store is all glitzy and glamorous and modelesque sales associates are willing and ready to help you. But that can be a negative too coz they do make a very obvious effort to size you up if you are a real shopper or just a poser trying to be hip and all that! I do find that behavior a bit annoying but such is the price you pay for glam!
My wife likes their products — both styles and quality and we do get good prices here at the outlet compared to retail stores!

Oh Michael Kors, you have always been entertaining. I’m not huge on MK bags, but I do love his shoes and clothing. I always find something wonderful at the MK outlet. And usually for a great price. Totally worth a stop.
