Domino’s Pizza

The food is just like every other Domino’s. The trackers pretty spot on for us and they never forget the little stuff like forks and ranch cups. Plus they don’t yell or pound on the door like the last Domino’s we used.

Gross. My order took 40 mins longer than estimated to get to us, and when it did arrive it was the wrong order. The pizza’s that we were given were cold and oily and inedible. The driver apologized for the mixup and promised to return with our missing item. When he returned with the bread bowl it looked like it had been tossed around before it was handed over. We didn’t eat any of it. Would never waste my time or money here again.

I have had nothing but issues with this place. Every time I order it takes for ever. One time I received my pizza and it was burnt. this evening I called to ask a simple question as to where they delivered and was hung up on before I could tell them (I would mention his name, but I’m no complete asshole) where the other place they could deliver to was. I hope this place can get its act together before it Closed down, I really like Dominos pizza.

I would recommend never using this store if you live on base. No matter the time the order is placed it is a minimum delivery time of 1 to 1.5 hrs. They also add an extra $ 2.99 charge to deliver to base in addition to the $ 2 delivery charge, so its almost $ 5 to get the pizza, which is habitually late. What makes matters worse is they cook the pizza right away, but deliver it so late that it is always cold. So military members get the privilege of paying more money for a slow, cold pizza. Good job Dominos. If I good give it zero stars I would, but unfortunately to write the review you have to select one.

Last 2 times have been late… first time was over 2 hours and im currently 30 min late on this order NEVER AGAIN!!!

My pizza showed up after 2 hours when I was told an hour and not only was it late but my order was messed up. They made the wrong pizzas. Terrible customer service as well.

My wife ordered two salads, and three diet Coke’s. When the order came it was an hour late and the order was misplaced, when the driver was asked about the two salads and the three diet Coke’s they were left out even though the order was paid for. My wife was then told, that the driver had two other orders before she’d be back with them.

While the food is good. The delivery times tend to be long. I’ve ordered multiple times and the trend is to wait a long time form delivery. Currently waiting for a delivery of 2 pizzas and one stuffed cheese bread. .. total wait time was 80 minutes. This seems to be the norm regardless of the order.

Every time I order my order is 30 min to a hour later made even more, I only live a few block away, would hate to order from base. They are really slow even with takeout but most of the time the pizza is good (if you do takeout).

We’ve tried this place probably near 10 times, and only because it’s the only place that delivers on base. Not once have we gotten our food and thought «Yumm!» It’s been edible at best (always order extra toppings and barely get half of what other pizza places in Lemoore give), and «we ordered two and a half hours ago, where’s our food?!» at worst, to which the manager was rude, kept us on hold for 11 minutes, and then didn’t even apologize about our pizza being so late or keeping us on hold so long. They’ve either gotten our order wrong or forgot something 3 times. One of the times the delivery guy was awesome and brought what he’d missed (plus some) when he came back out to base later, and we really appreciated that.

3 hours and counting for our lunch order (now more like dinner). Called 4x since the 1.5 hour mark and each time was told a driver would be there in 5 – 10 minutes. On the 5^th call I was told they are remaking our order??! Worst dominoes I’ve ever ordered from.

Got stationed here in Lemoore (for way too long — live in town) and this place is always to the place to go, have no complaints. They’ve always been okay with time and the driver’s have always been friendly and nice. I would rather go here than Pizza Hut cause their service is truly worse than walmart on a black friday.

Come on Domino’s, really?!? Get your act together before another large pizza chain who can actually deliver a pizza within a reasonable amount of time moves in. I ordered a couple pizzas tonight at 5:00 expecting to have them for dinner around 6:00. I believe an hour is a reasonable window for them to accomplish the mission. That’s a big negative ghost rider! Pizza didn’t show up until 7:40! Make matters worse, they forgot all 4 dipping sauces we paid for and the 2 liter of soda. Extremely frustrated, my girlfriend gets on the phone to complain and the person on the phone asks if they can drive the missing items to us «in about an hour». Pull your head out of your tail section lady! Moving up the food chain, we ask to speak to the manager (Chelsea) who decides to give us every excuse in the book: «3 delivery drivers called in sick, too many orders» and the always great «I’m sorry, it’s not my fault, it’s my employees fault». Uh, aren’t you the manager? This place is hilarious! With as much business as this place generates I’m truly surprised they are the only large pizza chain who delivers. Pizza Hut, papa johns where you at!!!

I ordered a pizza 2 hours ago… How long does it take to get a pizza… About ready to cancel…

Had a late order so they delivered it for free to me with $ 25 credit. They used to be pretty slow to deliver to NAS Lemoore but they seem to much faster now. Recommended if you’re on base and too lazy to cook or go out.
For the taste of the pizza itself, it’s like every other Dominos. I recommend trying their sandwiches, they’re surprisingly good.

This place is really hit and miss. Sometimes the food is good (as per Domino’s standard) sometimes its not. Sometimes they’re fast, sometimes they’re painfully slow. There seemingly is not pattern or reason to it, its just a roll of the dice when you order from here. I will say the customer service has always been good, most of the people that work there seem nice, friendly, and helpful.

I frequently eat at this restaurant. The convenience of ordering in advance and picking up my food in a timely manner is a lifesaver. The delivery service is also very prompt, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. This sandwich is a perfect blend of spice, delicious chicken and is topped with blue cheese then oven baked to perfection. The price and portions are also very generous and there are plenty of specials through out the week.
