Originally, I was going to give this place a good review for friendliness and service. However, now because of poor service, I am forced to give it a one star rating. I had a vehicle coming to me from Texas and the seller used this company. The owner of this company, Chris Steele, talks an extremely good game but do not be fooled. They are indeed a broker who contracts to the cheapest driver possible. Chris is not good at coordinating with the drivers he contracts. Once he has your money, he simply tells you what you want to hear. When he says the vehicle is to be picked up on a Friday expect it to be picked up on Monday. If he claims an ETD of Friday, it will actually be delivered a week later. You would be better off contracting a driver yourself and/or transporting the vehicle yourself because Chris is not punctual. This company has only been in business for 3 years or so… I don’t expect it to be in business for very longer if these shenanigans keep up. Go with a more reliable transport company. Luckily my vehicle came undamaged and in one piece, however the stress and loss of time and money due to a poorly communicated delivery date was not worth it. On top of this, Chris said he would get back to us when he talked to the driver about the late pickup and delivery to reimburse me for lost pay due to a late delivery. Guess what? we never got a call. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. To Chris: my father was in the corporate world as the VP of a major manufacturing company. You know, the person you talked to on the phone on my behalf due to my busy schedule. He is disgusted with your lack of customer service and also believes that your business will fail if you don’t shape up.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!!! You think that you are actually contracting with company to transport your vehicle, but all they do is broker out the deal to the cheapest company that they can find. It was practically a circus when my car arrived, the driver was totally irresponsible and not only significantly damaged my vehicle but then lied to me about how the damaged occurred. ASAP repeatedly promised to fix the problem and then I got bounced between insurance companies that were unresponsive and would not return phone calls. TERRIBLE company to do business with :(!!!

WORSTCOMPANYEVER!!! I booked with them a month in advance and the day they were supposed to pick up my car no one called or showed… I had to hunt them down. their main phone doesn’t even work! A man named Ryan assured me 3 days prior to my pick up date that everything was good to go. now here I am stuck with no auto transporter and my flight is tomorrow! !! These people just caught a civil case!!!

This place is seriously a joke. They are a typical broker that doesn’t know anything about the carriers they are using for hauling or how to reach them. I called them days in advance(wed) to pick up a car from a dealership. They told me numerous times it would pick up by Friday. Friday rolls around vehicle still not picked up. Nobody called me back I had to keep calling over and over and over. Finally someone told me that it would pick up first thing saturday morning. Saturday morning rolls around, and of course its still not picked up. The sales person i was working with stopped returning my calls and text. Then they stopped answering the phone at their corporate«office.» The carrier they scheduled with never answered the phone or called me back. I was left with no time to find a carrier and literally had to take a bus 10 hours to Los Angeles on a Sunday to pick up the car myself, I also had to be at work the next day Monday morning. I tried to reach ASAP transport all weekend and they were hiding under the blankets because they wouldn’t return or answer my calls. The driver then showed up MONDAYAFTERNOON to pick up the car, sorry buddy it was too late. Here is where the company gets real ugly. They refused to give me a refund because they said the driver eventually showed up. This was a time sensitive delivery since I needed it by Sunday for work. I tried going through the fraud department at my bank, and ASAP only refunded $ 25.00 for the inconvenience not the full deposit that I paid which was around $ 75 – 100.00 I then had to go through the Kansas BBB to file a formal complaint about the company and the fraud they put me through. It was not until then that I ended up getting a refund. It was like pulling teeth trying to get my money back when they were the ones who did not hold up their end of the bargain. DONOTTRUSTTHISCOMPANYWITHYOURMONEYORYOURCAR. YOUHAVEBEENWARNED. They were also ignorant enough to ask me to delete my Unilocal review after the poor service I received, not to mention having to fight to get my deposit back when they did no actually work. My first sentence to this review sums it up. They didn’t cover any of my costs or time, all they did was cause me more trouble. I also learned that they have employees make fake Unilocal profiles to leave good reviews. If you see a good review on here, I highly doubt its a real person.
